1. How much does it cost to join?
A position in the "3 Wave -Cycling Matrix" costs a *ONE TIME* - $5.98 (USD) including Payment Processing fee.

YOU CAN HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

In Your Members Section , Go to "Account Details", then CLICK on the "KEY" next to "Password - Coded" . back to top
4. When will commissions be paid?
Commissions will be paid when you have $5.00 or more, accumulated in your Account.

Log into your Back Office , Go to *CASH HISTORY* Scroll to bottom of Page, then click on the Blue box *MAKE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST*.
Please put in the amount you would like transferred to your Payment Processor.

*Please Note*Payment Processors do charge a FEE for RECEIVING funds.(e.g.Alertpay charges approx (2.5% + 0.25c) per Transaction)

* Please make sure your *Payment Settings* are correct via the "Members Area".
To see if your information is correct, login to the members area and then click on the link that says *Account Details*

For payment settings, you MUST complete this otherwise you will not be able to withdraw any commissions earned. Make sure that you enter the correct processor that you wish to be paid to, (Alertpay or SolidTrustPay), and your correct account ID.
For instance, with "Alertpay" it is the *EMAIL ADDRESS* that you have registered with them.
& "SolidTrust Pay" it is your *USERNAME* that you have registered with them. back to top

To cancel your account you need to send us a Support Ticket in your *Members Area*. Please include your ID# and registered email address with your request to cancel.

8. Where is my own referral link?
There are NO personal referral links with our cycler program. All new positions purchased go to the back of the line which helps push out the position at the front. Everyone promotes the same link:

9. How does the '3 Wave' cycler work?
Every 3 positions purchased or re-invested through automatic entries or via a member account will push the position out of that particular cycle.
Due to the innotative multiple re-entries system in place, every time a member cycles out of the 3rd cycle they will have accumulated 7 new re-entries.
As well as pushing more positions out of the cycles, these will also produce more profits and even more re-entries for that member. back to top
10. Should I Tick The *SECURE MODE* in MEMBERS Back Office - *PROFILE PAGE*

This is in the BACK OFFICE for PROTECTION for some Members so no-one else can log on to their Account from another Computer.

Most Internet Providers, use a Different IP Address when each Time you log on to the Internet.
You can check with your Provider if you wish.

SO if you do TICK the *SECURE MODE* you may get this message
"You cannot log-in due to an IP error."
You will need to Contact us via the support ticket system at "New Wave Power Marketing" and we will uncheck the mode. back to top
11. WHEN WILL I CYCLE ? and

REASON WHY SOME MEMBERS ID#'s CYCLE BEFORE OTHERS?
The Cycling of Positions by the System Software are all done at the EXACT TIME Members paid for their positions.

This includes re-entrys from Lower No's cycling, Additional Positions that Members have purchased from their earnings (This could include Members purchasing direct in Level 2 & 3 or in Level 1.)

PLEASE NOTE:- When we first Launched "3 Wave", we had hundreds of Members joining and paying for their positions within seconds/minutes of each other. There were approx 800 Positions purchased in the first day.

That is why you will see at times that there are higher positions cycling in all Levels than some LOWER ones.


PLEASE NOTE:-
ONLY LEVEL 1 ( Capiliary Wave) NEW and Re-ENTRY POSITIONS go to the Bottom of the Single Line Matrix which forces the NEXT POSITION in LINE to Cycle Level 1.

WHEN YOU CYCLE OUT OF A LEVEL AND A RE- ENTRY POSITION IS CREATED IN THAT SAME LEVEL YOU HAVE JUST CYCLED , "A NEW POSITION ID# IS CREATED"

You can see this by going to your *MAIN* ID# and you will see the RE-ENTRYS created from Cycling. back to top
12. You did not receive an activation email.
If you have checked the spam/junk folders of your email inbox and still do not have the activation email, then use the support link to contact us. We will then manually activate your account and advise you so you can log in.
Please use a GMail account if possible.
