What If I Have To Cancel My Vacation?
The 24 hour hold is there for this reason. So you can be sure of travel arrangements before you make the decision to book your vacation. Once a property has a "Confirmed" booking there are no refunds. There is a Travel Insurance option if you want to cover the unexpected.
Is Cleanliness, Security And Amenities Of The Units Monitored On An Ongoing Basis?
Yes. All properties are monitored to maintain the highest of standards.
Can I Put My Membership and Room Reservations On A Credit Card?
Yes, We accept Visa and Mastercard for membership fees and all major credit cards for Travel Bookings.
Can I Book A Cruise Through Resorts360?
Yes. Our Cruise Booking Tool searches all major cruise lines for the best possible deals.
If I Sign Up As A Sales Representative, Can I Take Advantage Of The Vacation Offers?
As an Independent Representative, you will have access to the Cruise Booking Tool but you need to be a paying customer in order to access the discount Resort Vacations.
If I Sign Up As An Independent Representative, How Will I Be Paid?
You will be paid weekly by check. Business closes each Friday night at midnight and commissions are paid the following Friday. International Representatives will be paid via PayPal instead of by check.
If I choose the $39.95 monthly option can I still be an Independent Representative?
Yes. The $39.95 (monthly), $397 (annual paid in full) or $997 (5 Year Membership) are product purchase options and have nothing to do with becoming an Independent Representative. Registering to be an Independent Representative is free.
