Where It Begins… Understanding Our Unique Compensation Plan

Your goal is to sponsor as many free members as you can. Of course, you want to encourage them to upgrade to paid affiliate status right away and most will when they get a glimpse of the big picture. However, if they do not upgrade right away, that is okay. Quantum Leap’s system will nudge the free members toward upgrading to paid affiliate status and they will quickly see the wisdom of doing so without you trying to persuade them. Just find three (or more) free members who want to upgrade to be paid Affiliates, help them find their three, and teach them to do the same thing. Do this and watch your organization explode!
Definitions:

* Free Member: Yes, it is FREE to join QLx3!!! We want to give you the opportunity to learn what you can gain from this program before you pay to upgrade. In other words, you can try us on to see if we fit. When you join for FREE you are placed in your referring person’s Fast Start Bonus matrix and you get a FREE QLx3.com web site, a FREE QLxchange web site, and a FREE
QLx3.org (social network) web site! EVERYONE starts here.

* P-Affiliate: When a Free Member decides to maximize their income potential, they upgrade for $49 (one time) and become a Paid Affiliate (P-Affiliate). To maintain active Paid Affiliate status, P-Affiliates must pay their $15 monthly subscription to the network. Quantum Leap makes this easy by simply holding the first $15 in earnings each month to cover the monthly subscription for the following month. Free Members can refer other free members. P-Affiliates can also refer free members but only Paid Affiliates can become the sponsor of a free member who upgrades. A free member can upgrade to Paid Affiliate status from their back office at any time.

* N-Affiliate: An Affiliate becomes a non-paid, (or N-Affiliate) when they fail to pay their monthly subscription to the Network. An N-Affiliate will still be able to earn from QLxchange and belong to our network community, but will NOT receive any other income. To become a P-Affiliate again, an N-Affiliate simply needs to pay their monthly subscription to the Network.

* V-Affiliate: To be a Vested Affiliate (V-Affiliate), you simply need to be current in your monthly subscriptions to the Network and have at least 3 personally sponsored Paid Affiliates (P-Affiliates) who are current with their monthly subscriptions to the Network. A V-Affiliate receives Subscription Residual Bonuses that are DOUBLE that of a P-Affiliate.

* Personal Sponsor: When a Free Member upgrades, the software looks up the lineage (line of sponsorship) for the first P-Affiliate or V-Affiliate. That found member becomes the upgrading person’s sponsor in QLx3.

* Fast Start Bonus (F.S.B.): Income paid to P-Affiliates and V-Affiliates when a Free Member in their Fast Start Matrix upgrades to Paid Affiliate (P-Affiliate). The Fast Start Bonus is $4.00 for every upgrade on compressed levels 2 through 6 in their Fast Start Matrix (also known as the short range income).

* The Fast Start Bonus Matrix: This is a 3 by infinity, compressable matrix. When a Free Member upgrades and becomes a P-Affiliate, the matrix compresses for a split second and recognizes only active P-Affiliates or V-Affiliates so the Fast Start Bonuses can be paid, then the matrix expands again. You receive Fast Start Bonuses only on P-Affiliates and V-Affiliates on compressed levels 2 through 6. Free members are momentarily but not permanently compressed out as the Fast Start Bonuses are paid.

* Matching Sponsor Bonus Of F.S.B.: An income benefit paid to a P-Affiliate or V-Affiliate who is the sponsor of a P-Affiliate or V-Affiliate who receives a F.S.B.

* Subscription Residual Bonus (S.R.B.): This is an income benefit paid to P-Affiliates and V-Affiliates on compressed levels 2, 4, 6 and 8 in their (S.R.B.) matrix (also known as the medium range income). The amount paid on each level is greater for a V-Affiliate than it is for a P-Affiliate. Please refer to the chart below.

* S.R.B. Matrix: Also known as the medium range income, is a 3 by infinity, compressable matrix. Only active P-Affiliates or V-Affiliates qualify for S.R.B. Bonuses. When the S.R.B. Bonuses are paid the matrix compresses for a split second and reflects only active P-Affiliates or V-Affiliates. The moment the S.R.B. payout is complete, the matrix expands again.

* Team Development Bonus (T.D.B.): An income benefit paid to P-Affiliates and V-Affiliates in the S.R.B. Matrix. This is much like a matching bonus, however there is one condition under which it is not a match, so it is referred to as a T.D.B. When a P-Affiliate has sponsored a V-Affiliate and the V-Affiliate earns an S.R.B., the sponsor (the P-Affiliate) earns 50% of what the V-Affiliate earns (because the P-Affiliate is not vested). With this one exception the bonus is a 100% match to the sponsor.

* Vested Residual Bonus (V.R.B.): Is an income benefit paid to V-Affiliates on levels 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 in their S.R.B. matrix (also known as the long range income). This income is triggered as each affiliate on levels 10-14 make their monthly subscription payments to the Network and equates to $1.00 per person per month on said levels.

* Spill-over: Spill-over is defined as the positioning of a member under someone who is not their sponsor. For example, spillover is created when a member who has the three positions on the first row of their matrix filled, sponsors another member. That newest member must fall under one of the existing three, providing spillover to that member’s matrix.

* Real-Time Earnings: Any time a member upgrades, pays monthly subscription fees or purchases a product or service, income is generated immediately to the earning members.

Fast-Start Bonus (F.S.B.)

1. This is very simple! As an Active Affiliate, you will receive a $4.00 Fast-Start Bonus for everyone that upgrades on your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th levels of Active Affiliates.
2. Level 2 has 9 positions, so your earning potential is $36.00.
Level 3 has 27 positions, so your earning potential is $108.00.
Level 4 has 81 positions, so your earning potential is $324.00.
Level 5 has 243 positions, so your earning potential is $972.00.
Level 6 has 729 positions, so your earning potential is $2,916.00.
This comes out to a total of $4,356.00 in quick income!!!
3. We pay a 100% Matching Sponsor Bonus for this F.S.B., as well. That means, if you sponsor 3 Affiliates and they each earn $4,356.00, you will earn an additional $13,068.00 in Matching Sponsor Bonus income for this benefit alone. Sponsor more than three and earn Matching Sponsor Bonus for everyone of them. Skyrocket your F.S.B. income by sponsoring 10 members, who each earn $4,356.00 – you will earn $43,560.00 in Fast Start Income. There is virtually NO LIMIT!

Vested Bonus

For those who understand the POWER of our unique Compensation Plan, it is difficult to imagine anything more lucrative. For V-Affiliates on levels 10 through 14 of their matrix, they will receive $1.00 of income generated from the fees each month. To qualify, you must be a V-Affiliate. We do not want to be accused of hype, so we will let you do the match as opposed to showing a chart. We will say this much, the 10th level potentially has nearly 60 thousand members on it and every level down triples.
