Global Verge has emerged after 3 exciting .. some would say traumatic .. years of evolution from Bizbuzz and E-Verge International.

I have been a Founding Member of this company since late 2005 and the time has finally come for Global Verge to launch. To emerge as one of the most fulfilling and rewarding businesses imaginable today.

There is so much to tell about Global Verge and particularly their philosophy, one of the main reasons why I have continued to support this company through “thick and thin.”

I will make a start by sharing a little about the company and then tell you about the actual products and the compensation plan another time.

Essentially Global Verge is a home (or wherever you want it to be) business opportunity that provides ways to save on products and services that are already used by most people everyday, with the ability to earn some extra income by sharing these products and services with others.

Well there may be some other programs that could say something similar to that .. So where does Global Verge depart from everything else that you may have already seen before?

Recently a member coined the term HUB Marketing .. Which was quickly adopted by the Global Verge Partners, because it expresses one of the core features of this business.

HUB Marketing is a coming together of what has always seemed to be two diametrically opposed marketing systems .. That of MLM and Retail.

Mark Petschel, the owner and Founder of Global Verge has been on a quest to find a programming team, capable of designing a system that would allow multiple product integration into a SINGLE matrix with TRUE commission compression.

Members can purchase products at wholesale prices for their personal use or sell them at retail. And because many of the products and services have additional streams of income attached to them, EXTRA financial revenue goes back to the Global Verge Company, most of which will then return to the membership through the 3X9 matrix.

The current amount paid per downline member will in all likelihood INCREASE as the membership buying capacity increases. Mark and his partners chose to give the company commissions back to the membership which is an incredibly generous example of TRUE Company Revenue Sharing in practice.

Global Verge Active members will be paid on hundreds (and in time thousands) of different products and services that their downline members purchase. And they will NOT have to personally use any of the particular items.

GLOBAL BONUS POOLS: Distribution and Qualification

Every month money goes into the 3 Different Pools ie the Diamond Pool, the Double Diamond Pool and the Triple Diamond Pool.

$3.00 is taken from the $39.95 of each e-Associate on the Basic Plan.
$7.50 is taken from the $99.95 of each e-Associate on the Professional Plan.

The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.

Qualifications:

Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates.

Double Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 20 active e-associates OR develop 2 Diamonde-Associates.

Triple Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 25 active e-Associates OR develop 2 Double Diamond e-Associates.

NOTE 1. An e-Associate who is qualified for the Double Diamond Bonus Pool is also qualified for the Diamond Bonus Pool.

NOTE 2. An e-Associate who is qualified for the Triple Diamond Bonus Pool is also qualified for the Diamond and Double Diamond Bonus Pool.

Leaders EQUITY BONUS POOL Distribution and Qualification

The Global Verge Leaders Equity Bonus Pools offer a unique opportunity for individuals that are willing to achieve a level of excellence and consist of 2 Leaders Pools that are based on sharing the Net Corporate Profits of Global Verge (Based on Corporate Sales.)

Diamond Elite: Global Verge shall contribute 2% of the company net corporate profits to the Diamond Elite Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Triple Diamonds with $100,000 dollars of monthly group volume.

****utive Diamond: Global Verge shall contribute 3% of the company net corporate profits to the ****utive Diamond Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Diamond Elites with $250,000 of monthly group volume.

The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.

MATCHING BONUS Distribution and Qualification

Matching bonuses are based on the monthly income of all your personally referred e-Associates.

Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates and earn 15% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

Double Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 20 active e-Associates OR develop 2 Diamond e-Associates and earn 30% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

Triple Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 25 active e-associates OR develop 2 Double Diamond e-Associates and earn 50% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

SELLER COMMISSIONS

Seller commissions can be earned on e-Associate and retail purchases. Seller commission will vary from product to product and is generated when a Global Verge product is sold. The seller will get the difference between the wholesale and retail price. Some commissions will be one time commissions for a one time purchase and others will be paid monthly upon payment received monthly.

UP-LINE COMMISSIONS

The Coded Bonus is coded per product category.

A. 10% is paid into the Top Producers Pool

1. Diamond levels and above who also have sales in that product category.
2. Product category pool specific.
3. Top 20 Producers in each product category qualify.

B. 40% is paid as Matrix Payouts: This is paid evenly on the 9 upline levels by matrix placement.

C. 50% is paid as Coded Bonuses: All of the money paid out is divided in the following way:

1. The Enroller earns 30%
2. The 1st Qualified up-line Diamond earns 25%
3. The 1st Qualified up-line Double-Diamond earns 25%
4. The 1st Qualified up-line Triple-Diamond earns 20%

The Upline genealogy is permanently coded upon signup of each e-Associate. Once a particular E-Associate is coded to you for any of the above codes, all product sales are coded to you for life. The system will use the Enroller Tree and not the Placement Tree to find the qualified ranking levels. It is possible for a person to be qualified for more than one of the four coded payouts.

Example 1: If you enroll a new e-Associate and you are the rank Double Diamond, you would get coded to this new e-associate as their Enroller, Diamond and Double Diamond. Since you are not of Triple Diamond status this would be permanently coded to the next Triple Diamond above you following the Enroller Tree.

Example 2: If you are a Triple Diamond in rank and someone you enrolled (not a Diamond or higher in rank) signs up a new e-Associate, then that person would get coded as the Enroller and you would be coded as the Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond.

If you are coded to a person and are not active or no longer have the rank you were assigned the coded bonus for, then the monies for that bonus will not be paid that month (you can qualify the following month by attaining the previous ranking.)

Yes I agree berika. With so many products all trying to attract our attention, marketing any particular product requires a very creative and professional approach.

And this is one of the reasons why GlobalVerge members were so happy when it was announced that Xennsoft had selected GlobalVerge from hundreds of applicants to be one of the two companies they would now work with.

The Pow-R-Save Promotion for US and Canadian members ends on Oct 20 2008

US members can purchase a Pow-R-Save for $150 wholesale and save a guaranteed 10% on their electricity bills. Ruth Mayne saved $42.00 on her last electricity bill, which worked out to be about 26% .. A considerably higher percentage than the guaranteed saving of just 10%.

Gas/Service Stations in the US and Canada are using various FREE Gas offers to build loyalty to their stations, so there are quite a few programs making use of these offers. After reviewing one of them (Pre-Global Verge's promotion) that looked very appealing, we saw that Global Verge's offer had virtually twice the value. Lending verification that Global Verge will always negotiate the very best offers for their members.

When I showed this to Mark he replied .. "We are only getting started and have more to offer than almost any long term company. You are right. With the travel, savings, reward, and cash rebate programs alone it is worth it. Now add the Pow-R-Save and the free gas, no-one can touch us. Wait until Air2Water machines, Fuel Saving product, Cellular etc .. No-one can touch us."

We are seeing a lot of programs now that may have one or another of the Global Verge components. There are several programs that offer genuine savings on products and services that people already buy, but they are usually only of interest to US (sometimes Canadian) residents.

Global Verge is working towards having INTERNATIONAL Access Cards and as many of the core products as possible introduced into as many non US countries, as soon as possible.

Because Aussie members have been placing considerable demand on Global Verge to have the core products and services in Australia, and have found investors to facilitate the initial warehousing/inventory requirements, Australia will be the first non US country where Global Verge will launch. The excitement is escalating and the Australian group is growing by the day now.

Aussies will be able to renew their membership and will receive the details of their packages and then be able to order products very soon now. Possibly by the end of this week. Mark will be making a different FREE Fuel arrangement for Aussies who purchase the Pow-R-Save after the Aussie launch. We will give details as soon as they are available.

It was pointed out to Mark that because the Aussie dollar has plummeted in value everything will be dearer for Aussies. And it seems that Global Verge will take this into consideration for the pricing of Aussie products.

In today’s world of online marketing we know that the immediate visual impact of a Website is ALL and EVERYTHING.

And although on one hand the concept of Global Verge is simple enough .. To save and make money on products and services that are essential for our day-to-day living .. To explain the dynamics of how ALL the components interrelate can be extremely complex.

To express the WHOLE Global Verge concept with immediacy would have been a very demanding brief for the Xennsoft Design Team. And so to see how these TOP designers have met this challenge now is VERY exciting.

The NEW Marketing page will also express the WHOLE Global Verge concept with a 3D presentation. The small images of products lined across the centre of the page will one by one come out towards the viewer giving an instantaneous visual overview of all the categories: business model and products.

Another aspect of Xennsoft, that has just come to light is that Global Verge is the ONLY company that Xennsoft has ever actually partnered with .. Which speaks for itself, as to the level of confidence Xennsoft has in Global Verge.

These are the instructions for Australian and US people who wish to join Global Verge. My ID is 124516 and name is Alison Lee Cousland.

1. Go to https://www.globalverge.com/ Note: This is still the old Website while the new one is being loaded.

2. Click the Join button.

3. Place the ID number of 124516 in the Sponsor’s Box.

3. Select US or Australia from the drop down “Home Country” box. Make sure to check the TWO boxes to verify that you have read and agree to the policies, procedures, terms and conditions of the Distributor Agreement AND the terms and conditions that govern the usage of the Team Office suite. 7. You will then be required to enter your Billing information. Once again you can check the box “Same as my mailing address” and adjust if necessary. Click on “Next”

8. The next page will give you all the details of your “Current Autoship Settings” with your address, payment and package details as well as the date of your next Autoship.

Note: There is also a button where you can change your order and a link where you can cancel the order.

Anyone setting up their Autoship in this way will not be billed immediately because the Autoship only runs once a day. Their Credit Card will be billed possibly the following day.

New members will know when they have been billed as it will be displayed as being billed in their Back Office.

Clarifying any misconceptions about the term “Autoship.”

One of the requirements to earn commissions is to remain “Active” and the best and easiest way to remain “Active” is through using the Autoship program.

“Autoship” in the Global Verge context simply means your monthly fee. And remember you can change this at any time.

On the Fathom Worldwide Communications Training, Ted Robbins explains how you can upload your own or company video into an email as well as how to set up video conferencing.

You can go to http://www.fathomworldwide.org/ using the Username of “demo” and Password of “demo123” and explore the Fathom features yourself.

After looking at some of the statistics I presented at Riseall, you may also consider using video as a marketing tool to any business you may be involved in.

Obviously there’s a bit of a learning curve involved in creating your own videos. However as a Professional Global Verge member, you will have the choice of creating your own or having customized videos made for any business you may be involved in, for a VERY competitive price.
