Functions of MMM clone script in PH GH plan

MMM is supposedly a peer to peer funding system which involves people to help other people. To manage this funding activity, we need a MMM script and this will monitor all the management activities and they provide an easy access to the members. By using this PH GH script, the receiver can straight away ask help from the donor. The admin can monitor whether the donor is providing the help or not.
