Hey guys,
I found this little infographic online and though you all might be interested in it. It isn't something that we marketers usually think of, but getting threatened with a defamation lawsuit is nothing to joke about. I don't take part in stuff that could get me sued, but can't deny that there are marketers who use aggressive tactics that sometimes border on the edge of defamation – and other times cross into it. That's one of the main threats, apparently – getting sued for defamatory web content you created. Maybey this is a nice read for you guys: http://internetmarketinglawfirms.com...ion-infograph/. And “defamatory” is a pretty wide term. Do any of you have experience with this kind of stuff? Any things us marketers who haven't been sued yet (knock on wood) should know?
Very curious!

That's really helpful, thanks! Internet marketing is so powerful these days. What do you think about some offline marketing? I like using some promo items like those lapel pins from PinSource.com, for example, they are really good for it. Think about it too
