Hello,

I just got this from one of my contacts and I am trying to spread the word as quickly as possible....I have set up an email address to HELP all those that have been hurt by GIT. I will provide updates as I know more, and will post here as well. In order to get on my update list please email the following email address [email protected]

You are receiving this email because you are a GIT Charter member
and a member of a team of Charter members directly in my downline.
I thought it important that you know that I and a group of other
concerned group leaders who have never been a part of the
"leadership group" who appeared on the GIT site or accepted official representative positions representing the GIT and Multiple One Group of companies in any fashion have reached the end of our patience with the Executives, Staff and appointed leaders of GIT, GIT in Asia, Multiple One Group and all related companies and believe it is time that action is taken to protect the interests of what they have called their:

"Charter Family Members".

You should know that these leaders combine to
represent about 2/3rds of Charter members and that does not
include appointed leaders such as Jack Philips, Dr. Ali, Del
Bryant or others you have seen periodically appear on their
websites and who have acted as leaders in conference calls,
leadership councils, member recruitment meetings etc.

We as a group of lead Charter Members have been trying to break
through the Status Quo and get the ear of Swainson Hawke, Scott
Neal, Elliott James, Steven Merritt and others in an effort to
stop the insanity of new company startups while Charter Members
sat waiting for monies that have been promised time and time again.

We have sent a formal letter asking for action and resolution
for all Charter Members, we have offered to meet at the corporate
HQ only to be told that HQ had "hand picked" a group of leaders
for a leadership conference in October that in our estimation
was just a group of people who would shake their heads yes and
rubber stamp whatever corporate wanted to do.

NONE of us were invited to the meeting as we have
been a headache to Corporate because we are insisting on
RESOLVING THE CHARTER MEMBER CHECK PROBLEM and not pushing new
products and companies.

We have tried several times to arrange conference calls, meetings
or whatever it would take to resolve the problem. We asked GIT and
Mulitple One to provide proof that they had the resources and
assets to solve the problem and told them that rather than asking
members to submit and "commitment" to the company, that the company should provide a signed commitment to the Charter Members.

With the most recent developments we believe it is now time that
action be taken to do what can be done to Stop the madness and
look to hold the ownership of GIT, Multiple One Group and all
related companies accountable to their promises, their word and
their obligation to pay Charter Members all appropriate compensation whether it be in the form of Referral Bonuses, Commissions, Complimentary Checks, Refunds or even Rebates due from Vacations.

Here is our ACTION plan!

To that end one of our group has agreed to manage the efforts of
taking formal action against the group to stop what appears to be
a willful refusal to pay Charter members and to recover what can
be recovered. A website is being set up and for those who are
interested in seeing this action taken you will be able to see
what you can do to help.

Many charter members would probably like to hire an attorney and
see the Executives of these companies sweat having to answer to
legal action and be held accountable. However the greatest
majority of Charter members may not have the time or resources
to do so. Many Charter Members also prefer not to be seen as an
"antagonist" of GIT or any of the Multiple One Group of companies
for fear that if they DO suddenly come up with the money, anyone
who has had an attorney send them a nasty letter could move to
the back of the line. The person who has agreed to lead this
action is willing to accept that role.

Since most Charter members may not want to go to the cost or
aggravation of getting an attorney and taking the time necessary
to follow up on things it seems that if there is any action, the
bulk of whatever is to be recovered or paid may first go to those
with larger amounts owed and who have greater resources while
others who would like to get a legal "foot in the door" and a
formal place in the pecking order are left out in the cold.

However, the general feeling is that many many charter members
would be more than happy to donate/gift $100.00 to be part of
a formal action against GIT to attempt to force them to pay what
is due.

For those who want to do this there will be a place for you to
make a pledge to raise money to pay for this action to be taken.
It will be done with an escrow type of company where you can
make the pledge and if the minimum goal is reached the contribution will be accepted. However if the minimum is not reached your credit card will never be charged or paypal account never debited.

The minimum to be raised is $100,000.00 as a retainer will be
needed as well as investigative services and the person taking
the time to manage this needs to be compensated as well. At this
point it is felt that unless the minimum of $100,000.00 is pledged
and raised this specific effort won't move forward and Charter
Members will all be on their own to do whatever they feel necessary to protect their interests.

This will need to be done quickly as it is now felt
that time is of the essence. The more that can be raised the
longer this sort of action can be pursued. We all have to
understand that there are no guarantees as we don't know if
regulators will freeze assets or even if there are assets to be
liquidated or funds hidden somewhere.

However, the general feeling is that if donating $100.00 gets you
on the list of people who will get whatever updates are available
and a place in the group taking formal action, it's worth the price of admission regardless of the outcome.

As an additional part of this effort it is anticipated that you
will be able to subscribe to a mailing list where periodic emails
regarding information discovered, action you can take or other
information of interest will be sent to the subscribers.

You may not want to follow this course of action but I and several
others after trying to avoid such action over the last few months,
have finally reached the conclusion that it is necessary.

I will send another update as I hear something. GIT WILL get taken down, they have hurt too many.

Again, please email me at [email protected] to get on the list.
