There is no fixed amount that will be paid to all members.
During pre-launch, every member is building his personal $FACTOR
by inviting other members to join WAZZUB for free.
Each new member, 5 generations deep let your personal $FACTOR grow by 1.

After launch, the members’ $FACTORs are fixed and by adding them up
we receive the total amount of $FACTORs (= the global $FACTOR).
Each month we calculate WAZZUB’s profit and divide it by the global $FACTOR
to determine the actual multiplicator.

Example: Let’s say that the profit to be shared for the month of April is $4 million
and the global $FACTOR is 5 million.
Each member would earn $0.80 per personal $FACTOR
($0.80 x your personal $FACTOR = your income for that particular month)

If there would be $5 million to share, the multiplicator would be $1.00 and at $6 million it would be $1.20.

The Truth about WAZZUB or is Coca Cola really a scam?

Dear WAZZUB Family,

There are some articles out there on the Internet that state some “Facts” about our project and/or our company and then draw conclusions, most of them wrong. We do not have the time to answer on every single statement but we would like to give some general answers as follows:

1. Is WAZZUB a real company or a fake?

Our company is a real company registered under the laws of Oregon, USA and running its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We are an early-stage startup company that is still before launch of their main website. That means, we are still in development and many things will change during pre-launch.

2. Is your “Headquarters” a real office or just virtual?

Our Las Vegas office is a real office. Right now (Mon, Jan 16, 2:25pm) there are 5 WAZZUB Team members present and working. We are using the services from Regus, that means, we have our own executive office but we share receptionist area, conference rooms, kitchen and other services with other companies.

Again, we are an early-stage startup and until we earn “real” money after launch we are on a budget. There is no need to invest into a fully owned office right now.

3. What about your registered office - there are a lot of companies registered at the same address - why?

For tax reasons most U.S. based companies have their companies registered in a different state than their HQ is located. There are special companies offering services as a registered agent but they are not involved in the actual business of the company. The name of our registered Agent is Cathy Halverson and she is the registered agent for several hundred companies. That does not mean that our company is related to any other company that is registered at this address and for sure it is no sign that we try to hide something or that we are a scam.

By the way, the most famous “registered office” address is used by more than 200,000 businesses. This address has its own page at Wikipedia. Check it out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1209_Orange_Street.

For example, Coca Cola is registered there, as well as General Motors, Google and Verizon. Nobody would conclude that they are hiding something or that they try to scam people. It is our goal to make WAZZUB one of the big brands on the Internet and, following the advice of our CPA and attorneys, we set up our company structure as it should be – right from the beginning.

4. Why did the data on the Whois database for wazzub.com and wazzub.info change twice within a few months?

When we found the perfect name for our project – WAZZUB – back in June 2011, the company was not yet founded; therefore one of our main investors registered the domains under his company name. After our company, GIT Global Investments Inc., was registered, we changed the Whois data including the address of our registered office. Now we opened our HQ and so we changed the Whois data to our operational address.

5. Who is the owner of your company?

WAZZUB is owned by several investors. Right now they are building the team of directors and managers that will run our project after launch. There will be a page with all the important members of our team after the team is completed. Our Marketing Director Gee DaCosta is not one of the initiators; he is the team member that is most important now - during pre-launch.

6. You can find some info about Gee and his history in the MLM and Network Marketing industry. Is he just hopping from business to business?

WAZZUB is not a network marketing company and it is not MLM. But we needed the skills of an experienced online marketer and Gee is the perfect match - and WAZZUB is the perfect business for Gee. He is very happy that he has found his “final” business and we know that WAZZUB will change the life of many, many others who are still on the search for the perfect internet opportunity.

7. You claim to have already invested more than $2 million into WAZZUB. Why is your pre-launch website and members’ area so “simple”?

The money has been invested into the main project, not into the pre-launch pages. We are totally overwhelmed by the hundreds of thousands of members signing up. Unfortunately, this huge traffic caused some “challenges” like a lack of server capacity and more than 350,000 verification and password emails to be sent out. Most of our bugs and glitches are caused by the huge number of members that like our project.

If we would have a pre-launch website with a lot of flash and video content it would slow down our servers dramatically. That is why we just kept it simple.

Our state-of-the-art home page that will be launched on April 9 is a totally different story. Secured by several pending patents, it will be a totally new way to surf the Internet.

8. But there are so many search engines and home pages on the Internet. Is WAZZUB just another useless search engine?

Oh, WAZZUB is so much more than a search engine. Imagine this: you start your Internet browser and find yourself on the perfect home page. There is a powerful search engine, the latest news exactly on those topics you are interested in, messages from your friends and family, the best deals on the Internet and useful links to your favorite websites. 9. You promise to pay a lot of money to your pre-launch members. Where is that money coming from?

The WAZZUB Business Model or How to Earn Money on the Internet

Dear WAZZUB Family,

There are some people out there who are not convinced that WAZZUB’s business model is able to earn enough money to pay hundreds of thousands or even millions of members. Some of them claim that they understand exactly what we are planning to do (or not to do) and now they proclaim why we MUST fail.

This article will tell you exactly how WAZZUB will earn money after launch and why it will be enough money to pay ALL pre-launch members. You will find the answers to the following questions:

1. Why is WAZZUB able to promise a profit share for every pre-launch member without asking for any money and with no job to do after launch?

2. Why would it be no problem even if 10 million pre-launch members would join WAZZUB?

3. Is there a fair chance for members who join the WAZZUB Family right at the end of pre-launch to earn money with WAZZUB?

4. How realistic is it to earn $1 per $FACTOR per month after launch?

5. How will WAZZUB handle millions of payments per month?

So, here we go!

1. Why is WAZZUB able to promise a profit share for every pre-launch member without asking for any money and with no job to do after launch?
WAZZUB is the world’s first free PROFIT SHARING PHENOMENON. Instead of investing millions of $$$ to promote their website after launch, they share their profits with all members that joined WAZZUB for free, even before launch.

There are only 2 obligations to be qualified for payments: you need at least 3 members in your personal WAZZUB Family and you have to set up their page as your home page (after launch) as long as you want to receive payments.

WAZZUB will pay 50% of their profits to their qualified pre-launch members. If there would be just a small profit there would be just small payments; and if there is a bigger profit the payments will be bigger, too. There is never a risk that WAZZUB has to pay more money than they have earned to their pre-launch members.

In most other business opportunities, members are forced to pay a membership fee or to pay auto-ships to be qualified for payments. Often the money that the top people earn is not from “real” business but their percentage from what their down line paid out of their pockets.

If we would have 10 million pre-launch members our goal would be to reach 100 million unique users per month. That would be just 5 % of all Internet users and far less than the global players and many other websites; in other words, all this is possible even if 95% of all Internet users never heard of WAZZUB.

For sure, these numbers are not easy to reach, but it is possible and - with an army of 10 million pre-launch members - very realistic.

3. Is there a fair chance for members who join the WAZZUB Family right at the end of pre-launch to earn money with WAZZUB?

There are some people out there shouting “Unfair!” or even “It’s a Pyramid!” when they hear about our pre-launch. Their argument: “If you need 3 members in your personal WAZZUB Family to be qualified for payments, there will be only a few qualified members and hordes of unqualified members, especially those who join at the end of pre-launch. They will never have a chance to qualify!”

Well, none of those shouters asked us how we will handle this situation...

Nevertheless, here is our answer:

To be honest, it is very unrealistic for the month of April. We will launch our beta version on April 9 and there will be bugs and glitches that need to be corrected; that is why we call it “beta launch”. May and June, as well, will be two important months needed to improve our system and to add more and more functions that our users like. So we expect July to be the first month to reach at least $1 per $FACTOR.

Let us do a glance into the future: Could it happen that more and more members use our website as their home page if it is really useful to them? Yes, for sure!

But...where is the limit? - 100 million? - 200 million? - 500 million? 1 billion?

Let us do an example: Let’s say WAZZUB has 5 Million pre-launch members and in 5 years 500 million members are using our services. That would lead to a payout of $10 per $FACTOR. Even a pre-launch member with a super-tiny $FACTOR of 3 would receive $30 per month - for what exactly?

A. We will have different global and national payment solutions to pay you. WAZZUB is a global project so we will find the best way to pay you no matter in which country you live. Right now WAZZUB is building a team of international country managers, one for each country. They will give us all the info that we need to set up all needed options to serve all the members around the world. Our first payday is May 15, so there is a lot of time left to make it perfect. You can find most of the answers to your questions on the WAZZUB Support page. You can find the link to the support page at the bottom of your member area log-in page. Here is the complete response Yanz to your earlier question, once again we would like to say “thank you” for giving us the opportunity to answer to the article you posted. And please forgive my posting error.
Here is our answer:
1. About the .info domain
On the same day we ordered 2 domains: wazzub.com and wazzub.info. Domains ending .com are the most common for the main page of a company or project and wazzub.com will be the main domain for our project after launch. For now and the next 72 days our project is in pre-launch and we use the wazzub.info domain for information and signups.
We need the wazzub.com free to set it up with the main project and test it without disturbing the signup process and without causing downtimes. That is the main reason why we split the pre-launch and the launch to different domains.
2. About the “similar” systems in the past
We know that there have been websites in the past that just collected email addresses to spam people or websites that promised free jobs and after launch just tried to sell products or memberships. That is exactly the reason why we state it right from the beginning and in capital letters:

And when it is about collecting data of our members we only collect the data that we need to verify individuals, and that is the name and email address. If we were a scam, we would try to get as many details as possible and would ask right now for address, banking details and/or account details for online payment processors like Paypal or Alertpay.
Our policy is to keep the amount of data as low as possible and to protect our members’ data. That’s why we only display the names of first generation in the members’ area and that’s why we will ask for details to set up payments when we need it to pay members and not earlier.
3. About the password security
When it is about password security, the guy is totally right here. NEVER use the same password that you’ve used for your email account and/or Paypal account to sign up with ANY other page. And try to avoid using your Paypal email address to sign up with other programs. That is why we soon will add a profile page where our members will be able to change their email address and/or password.
4. About monetizing the domain
This part really makes no sense in relation to WAZZUB. If we would just like to sell or monetize the domain we would use the .com for pre-launch and not the .info domain.

1. If you look at the domain (. Info) used did not clearly indicate that the site is a great site / professional. Just imagine, a domain. Info is the domain TLD cheapest even at GoDaddy price domain. Info is only $ 0.67, which may be a large company that he says will rival google, yahoo, facebook, and others use the domain. Info (it seh tantamount suicide) yah .. although now Wazzub've already accessible by extensions. COM, but still, it's just not the actual URL of the redirect.

2. The system used in Wazzub already been made by a similar site called "PrelaunchMalaysia.com" which was also briefly a member booming because it is very easy to earn $ $ $ from there.
