No.
North Korea and South Korea are by themselves enough trouble that there is no winning.
North Korea has a bizarre military, like a country from an alternate reality. North Korea doesn’t intend to fight fair, with a regular war fought by regular forces, against legitimate military targets.
North Korea doesn’t intend to win a war in a conventional sense. That would require forces well beyond their capability, and would require them to divert resources from their primary aim, of deterrence through mass destruction.
Due to the proximity, there is no way South Korea can prevent huge causalities unless they can essentially evacuate the entire country. It is unlikely that they would be able to defeat the South Korean military, and within weeks the South Korean military forces would lay waste to the North Korean forces.
But the civilian causalities would be the central to the whole conflict.
