GUT FEELING, INNER STRENGTH AND POSITIVE POWER OF INFLUENCE

BEING IN CONTACT WITH YOURSELF
We all know that when we are in contact with ourselves, listen to our gut feeling, look with our heart, use knowledge and common sense, use our intuition as guide to do what is best for ourselves and the totality, we have the best possibilities to make the right choices.

Some time ago I came across an article in Illustrated Science. This article explains that our intestines contains brain cells. The brain has developed from the intestines and not the opposite way. The article
continued to explain that’s one of the reasons why the gut feeling is so important. Our guts are actually informed about the factual condition due to the brain cells. In any case our guts are a sensitive area. It is very easy for us to store (push down) feelings which we have problems handling.

My own experience is that the best way to avoid misjudgment due to too much fear, anxiety, confusion and panic, is to stay in touch with yourself, your inner core and your soul. Through the contact with myself I can get access to my inner calmness and strength. A healthy balance against the chaotic and confusing situations, which we very often end up in!

Very often we place our center in the upper part of our stomach or under our chest. It does not matter whether we call this our personality, our inner child, the inner core or something different. The most important thing is that we feel we are in contact with ourselves, and not the name we use for it.

We all recognize the "truth" when we listen to it. Just imagine the special feeling you get when "know" that something is right. You do not have any doubts at all. Even if everybody else around you are in doubt, you know inside your self that you are doing the right thing. The truth is always in harmony with our gut feeling. Our heart and intuition confirm it.

When we stand up with our legs solidly placed on the ground, balancing the body physically, we are not only standing up evenly from a physiological point of view, but also psychologically. Thus, we have a natural portal to our strength. Just try to remember a somewhat difficult situation where you were sure of yourself and feeling strong. I am sure you were standing straight at that moment. The body posture is a very important factor. Yesss!

When you are in contact with the strength of your gut feeling and you are standing firmly, you are also more grounded. There is a clear line/contact/feeling from your gut feeling and being grounded to the real world. Have you ever seen that a person who mentally flies over water or is off with the fairies is firmly grounded? I have never seen that.

PS: I’m not talking about the genuine pleasure and joyful high where we are all allowed to take off and jump around in pure happiness.

BEING IN CONTACT WITH OTHERS
Have you noticed that when you are in contact with your gut feeling it is also to easier to discover whether the person you talk to is also in contact with her or his gut feeling? Or is there a feeling, or an inner strength which you feel or sense that the other person lacks or is only partly in contact with?

Children are good at this. Some times they are better than adults in looking through or discovering these things. They are still sensitive and able to listen seriously to their feelings (they collect information from their feelings). We, on the other hand, are very easily impressed by smooth words, promises and a nice personality, while this person really is a con artist. Can you imagine anyone more persuading and credible than an embezzler? They have two faces and can trick all of us during an unguarded moment.

Most of us are good and we would like to believe only the best about others. It is both ludicrous and deeply shocking when we hear that "the truth" about something or someone is quite the opposite of what we imagined. Watching this on TV or in a movie is one thing, but in our every day life it’s quite another! Most of us do not want to think evil about other people.

The solution is to not to become over skeptical, filled with fear and suspicion. That will only make matters worse. The solution is the same as before. Contact your gut feeling, your intuition and all the other channels you possess to collect and assess the information you receive.

THINKING WITH OUR HEART
The path to the higher and spiritual part of us, the part which has the overview and can assess everything from a higher perspective, goes through our heart. It is impossible to be in contact with the spiritual and higher parts of ourselves, without at the same time being in contact with our hearts and love. This part in us can also see the totality. My higher self can put my own short term and selfish requirements to the side if I realise that this is the best for the totality. In other words: When I think and see with my heart I also make the choice from love.

Therefore, the sentence; "Follow your heart", is not at all stupid. It contains a lot, also the totality.

What is best for totality and for all of us will normally be the best for me too. If I act to the best for all of us, it will normally give a better result, for me too, both in the short and long-term perspective. Good cooperation gives strength and results (1+1=3).

Values, ethics and morals, both privately and in business, are deliberate choices. When I deliberately decide not to get rich at the cost of others or the society, it is an active choice. Unfortunately, the negative some times goes more easily than the positive. Positive action often demands active choices or a decision. When we leave matters to their own forces we normally know what will happen. It can be very hard to pull yourself together. Sometimes you just have to work a little bit to achieve things.

However, do not forget the love of yourself. If we cannot look after ourselves and create some limits, then our kindness may be destructive instead. REMEMBER! You are also a part of the TOTALITY.

The clue is balance. When the good feeling of inner quiet, peace, love, community and joy fills us, we know we have done the right thing.

Pray for and visualise what you want, and say thanks for that it is happening!
When we ask for something to happen then it is in the future. It hasn’t happened yet. If you continue to hope that something will happen in future, then most people never get as far as making it happen. That’s why it is important to imagine and visualise that it is happening right now. Our sub-conscious works logically. It reacts based on the imaginations and thoughts which are already present. Research shows that our sub-conscious cannot asses whether something is right or wrong or the ethical consequences of our actions. Furthermore, it cannot assess anything whether the mental and emotional connections (our behavioural patterns) are right or wrong, constructive or non-constructive for us.

This is also why it is so important for us in many situations to become conscious of what is going on down in the archives/basement, in other words what is stored of images in our sub-conscious. What has been accepted and what has not been accepted? Are we in balance and harmony with ourselves concerning a decision or an inner conflict? In addition, if we do have an inner conflict a situation will eventually occur resulting in a different outcome than initially planned. Our outer world reflects our inner world. Our thoughts are the map and compass, the landscape and our actions is our real life. When map and terrain do not match, it is caused by something which we did not predict or had been aware of might happen.

In other words: When our real thoughts, feelings and meanings come up to the surface, and when we become conscious and find out which imaginations and preconseptions are stored "in our archives", we also have the possibility to do something about it. This is the same whether blocks and fear or wrong preconseptions cause it. An electrician knows that the current (the energy) must flow freely, thus all the right cables have to be connected together. The same applies to our logical connections and behavioural patterns, consciously or unconsciously.

Words are powerful and may mean more to our sub-consciousness than we realise most of the time. I.e.: When you remove an old program from your computer and install a new one, the computer will follow 2 the new program, the new connections. It reacts logically does not at all assess the moral and ethical quality of your computer program on its own initiative (if it did it would have been programmed to do it). It only does what it has been programmed to do.

Our sub-conscious leads us in accordance to the programmes we have stored there. That is why visualising and other mental exercises may be such good tools in the process to change and development. Both within healing, NLP, Silva Mind, general positive thinking and visualising it is recommended that we imagine and pray to obtain the result we want, and that we visualise that it will happen and that we will receive or experience what we want. At the same time, praying that what will happen is to the benefit of both the totality and us. *

Our sub-consciousness will lead us towards what we have programmed through these images. If you have problems you need to solve during this process to make the right thing happen, you will probably get the right inspiration to do something with this too. (Make the right decisions, meet the right people, get the right information etc.) This is because the "program" on your hard disk leads you in this direction.

* Adding at the end of our wish that all we wish to happen should be to the benefit of ourselves and the totality, does not only secure a good end result, but we also give ourselves the opportunity to steer away from wrong decisions and situations which we do not have any idea about or know about today. This is all about being able to listen to yourself, intuition and heart and be able to receive what life may show us on our way. It is therefore very important to control our target. Is it as good as we thought it to be, does it give us the required result, is this still what we want etc.?


POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE THINKING
I am sure that you already have experienced that when you think positively, your actions are, more positive and you are attracted to situations that are more positive. When our thoughts are negative, we will likewise be attracted to negative situations and to people who may not be so good for us. In all honesty, who has not been in this negative self-fulfilling circle? Consciously or unconsciously both we and our sub-consciousness will automatically steer our actions and thoughts towards the programmes we have stored in our inner "computer", and we can chose if we would like to programme more to the positive disk than to the negative one.

Therefore be conscious. Place yourself in your own positive inner power and strength. Find your gut feeling, trust your heart and intuition. If you feel insecure, take more time and let everything sink down. Do not put anything in motion before you feel secure or that time is ripe to act. When we wish to do something that is good for the totality, then the good forces are with us.

It's amazing how things work. I follow the harddrive. I guess when you quiten
yourself you are clearing the ram. But what just dawned on me, is that is
quite seperate to the main processor, mmm. The ram does not control the
ecu. Thanks for the clarity. I needed a tool at work, i was not exactly sure
what i needed but had asked that the tool come into my hands. Anyway,
a few weeks later i was pulling apart a crate with one of my screwdrivers.
It Broke. Trying not to be to upset, (i knew i was pushing the tool to far)
i decided to keep it. After all it cost me $20, and i might find a use for it.
A few weeks went pass, sure enough i had a job come in the same as what
i needed the tool for. I opened my toolbox to get a screwdriver and there was
the broken one just sitting there. It had broken in the perfect shape, and length
i had needed. I had never expected it to come to me in this way. It's interesting
following the paths of creation. And how important our own surrender is. After
all the ram does not control the ecu. (wow, theres a circle i did not expect).

For returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Marsdens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
