Since everyone is speculating that "Pips will be...or that Pips will not
be....." Anyone want to speculate about what we might expect Pips
to be like if it returns, after the investigation, and after all of the cease
and desist orders have been cleared? Why do you feel so?

Quite honestly, (and I am not trying to be negative here), with all of
the legalities at hand, in addition to the BNM investigation, I really do
not understand how we could even begin to expect all to be cleared
prior to Christmas 2006.(If cleared.......)

If Pips returns....how many would be making withdrawals immediately,
provided that the funds were available for withdrawal?
How many would be willing to deposit new funds into a restructured
program?
I guess the answers to the questions above would identify just how
robust the restructured program would need to be.

Just thoughts to ponder, since there is nothing else "Pipsworthy" at
hand to discuss.

Pips will return... I originally predicted summer 2007 with all legalities and the administration and organization required to get it going again. As BNM have still not concluded, the realistic start up will be summer 2008. Sometime yet, but it will come back.

But if it does come back, with honesty then Bryan knows that most of Rolclub will back him. If Bryan comes back with a restructeured PIPS and at least 25% of our accounts are still in tact. Then IM IN!
