PICPAY support worked for me before, but today nothing is happening when I click the "submit new ticket" button.

Does anyone know if this is a short term problem?

    Default Trouble Tickets

I did notice a problem posting a trouble ticket when using FireFox, I had to switch to IE to do the ticket. Trouble Tickets are a very fast way to cancel withdrawals.

    Thanks for the advice all..

one of the threads here listed an email address for general enquiries and the email I sent to that was responded to in the affirmative... so I'm all set.

now to "reloan" my intended withdrawal and wait for positive news.
