There has been a bunch of you "in the know's" spouting off for quite some time now that PIPS would return with the launch of the HA Lotto.

Why cant I access my PIPS account then?

The FBI might well be interested. HA Lotto is hosted in Texas which is not only in a country that prohibits on-line gambling but also in a state that has a current C & D Order against Pips and Bryan Marsden who are listed as the owners of the site. Remarkable!

In practice, it will more than likely remain as it has been all along, the only enforceable laws are those that pertain to selling "physical" lottery tickets; buying online will remain permissible if not legal.

Actually the order filed by the state of Texas prohibits anyone in that state doing business with Bryan Marsden or PIPS related companies.

    Default unclear

Nothing is very clear regarding the legalities or license at all.
