I have not been able to log into my PIPS site since saturday, until then, everything was fine. I just get a message:
Login failed. Username/password not found.
Please tell me it`s just an update going on.

Are you 100% sure that your pin number is correct? And have you tried to reset your pin?
Got in earlier no problems, might have to reset your pin number.
Mines fine too, I had a problem once before and spoke to a very helpful and pleasent young lady on the phone, answered after 3 rings, no recorded message or dodgy music from the 80's! :wink:
I have tried to reset the pin, but I only get the same message:-(
Looks like a call to support then, less the dodgy 80s music!! :wink:
The line is busy, I am very worried :oops: and the ticket system is not working
Why worry? ROL's been paid, everythng is fine. Even better when update comes in. :wink: :wink: :wink:

ok, I could not come trough the phone, but I sent them a fax....hope it`s working :)
