Thread: Intresting Point About Pure Investor's Money Being Frozen

My brother works as a Detective in a finacial crimes unit in a major city. He explained to me that even when he freezes an acount for suspected illegal activity that account is still accumlating intrest under the accounts original terms. He also went on to say that if the account was to be seized that ALL the money (including intrrest) would go to the government, BUT. . . . if the acount & its owner were found to be legit that ALL the money including ALL intrest accumlated over ther course of the investigation would go to the owner. So just food for thought . . if & WHEN PIPs comes back the ROL might not have been running but atleast our money has earned some intrest. Thats's atleast according to US law. .. .Lord knows if it applies in Malaysia.

Agreed, but if our information is correct, the vehicles which at least some of our money was riding in require maintenance and re-investment. I don't believe that would happen. Usually, unless it is an automatic rollover, the monies would be centrally located (in time) and, at best, earn very modest interest. Not enough to satisfy the daily requirements of the program (as we have laid out in "Humble Request")

- Correct. This is precisely what's happening with GINS's money.( for those following the saga ) The question that remains is whether PIPS ever had the millions proclaimed being traded or whatever.

Yeah, I'm back Murray...but the back still hurts but no broken ribs according to the X-Rays at the hospital.
