Thread: PIPS acc username gone?? Anyone else no access

Iv'e been logging in for months and now all of a sudden no access because user name unknown? Anyone having this problem besides me? Thanks :?

I have a similar problem, only mine is concerned with Picpay.
I have not been able to log into my Picpay account since 11 june 2005.
I sent e-mails, and they only send me a new pin, I called them and I was told my account should be ok, but as soon as I log in I get an error message that I should check my details before logging in.

I'll try to get it fixed, but I don't know how.

guys, when you have support on the phone, sit in front of your computer
and log in with the info support gives you.
then, if it doesnt work, you can tell them right away.

Dont let you rush, just tell them in a calm but firm way to please stay on
the line and your gonna try to log in right there. They have no problem with that.

You need 2 separate phone lines to do that.

The 1234 code PicPay give you on the phone lasts for some minutes. Enough time for you to hang up the receiver and to log on to your account to get a lasting pin code.
