Hello Everyone
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is the controlling body of all financial business & trading in the UK.
Amici Club (formerly PIPS-UK) has today been cleared of any wrong doing under the Financial Services & Marketing Act 2000.
Perhaps now those members of this forum who have been knocking and moaning about lack of information and speculation on the UK club forum will recognise that keeping a low profile during a period of intense investigation is actually quite a good idea.
Don't be surprised if the club now goes after those that have sought to bring it into disrepute.

Im a supporter of PIPS etc.
Where is the statement of Amici Club (formerly PIPS-UK) being cleared.
I mean PIPS are on the 'Unauthorised overseas firms operating in the UK' list on the FSA website. So what were they charged for and then 'cleared' of?

A copy of the letter issued by a senior enforcement officer of the FSA has today been posted on the UK club forum website.
