Thread: Support is Good - In fact excellent.

I have just called support - and spoken to a really nice Lady.

I had a problem logging in - and they reset what needed to be reset

However there was one thing they couldn't reset. And that was one of the reasons why I phoned them.

As a sufferer of depression I don't make all the notes I need to. And while I know I did a secret question, I can't remember which of them I answered. I know of the questions on the list what the answers would be. And I didn't want to play around with it in case it was considered abuse.

The Lady I spoke to said I could change it again once I logged in. But I don't see it in the Edit Profile section. So I dread playing around with it, now I have got so far.

Again the staff are really nice.

Any ideas on how to reset my secret question would be appreciated. But I guess I wont need it again until I have another problem logging in.

Denim, i had a friend who lost their 4 digit pin. They called Malaysia and got through 1ST TIME ! They recieved a new 4 digit code no problem.

Don't worry denim, you can answer to the questions as many times you like. There is no limit to how many times you answer.

Thanks Shell - I know its probably one of two definite possibilities. I guess I just didnt want to risk loosing the account.

I will try it next time - but I hope there wont be a next time.

You can reset the secret question only in PICPAY but not in PIPS. I dont know why. The other day, I was looking for secret question setting in PIPS account.

The problem is not with the support staff. The problem is with the withdrawals staff. Just before the convention, everybody posted messages about receiving a withdrawals. Even Gary said that they will caught up by the end of convention. After that, I don't think that they were telling us the real truth about the withdrawals. Everything stopped at the same time (WT, DC, checks). It worked before the convention just to make people shut up and then it stopped after (once they were out of reached). What a coicidence!!! Then the reasons came: banks, VAT (remember folks that VAT was waiting for money and thanks to them VAT even supplied for money just to keep our accounts enabled), the platform (the one before worked fine), the laws, people calling VAT, banks, UN, etc.

Anyway, someday we will find the truth, maybe next week or very soon...
