Thread: PIPS Support Ticket problem - anyone else have this problem?

I am finding that other member's tickets are finding their way into my ticket area!

Anyone else have that problem?

All of us. Do not use the ticket system.....

Are IT aware of this and working on a solution? Why can't they just use the same system as used in Picpay?

Can not log in since new site is up.

Opened ticket 2 weeks ago. No answer. Sent mail - no answer.

I certainly do hope they are working on a solution.....but we don't know since we don't have any updates.....

One good thing the site is super fast!!!
Now get the WDs that fast .. we are back in business.

I am also having problems getting a PIN number ever since the system timed out as I was entering the 0000 Pin code. Since then I've sent tickets buy got no reply. I would phone, but don't know where to phone. I know some of you have phoned and were successful in getting a new PIN. Can someone let me know what number to call?

they have a problem with their script. it's been going on for weeks now. Your best shot is to call.

It makes me wonder how they can protect funds if something as simple as a ticketing system's script can't be fix quickly.
