Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

From Time to time, I come on the site to see if anyone out there heard anything. I think it is really unacceptabe that sometone could come on and give us hope by collecting our hard earned money and disappear. Anybody know anything about YB?

I too have been coming on every few weeks or so in the vain hope to see if there's any additional news...

It would only be common courtesy to know what actually happened to the funds we submitted to YB - I thought it was supposed to be for YB to co-ordinate a "class action" style law suit with a representative in Malaysia to enable us to get at least some of the money back that was confiscated by the Malaysian court... but since being advised of the necessity to get our our documentation legally notarised... nothing... from anyone, not even the moderators of this forum to comment or inform us what has happened to YB.

To be honest, like the money for PIPS, I've now written off the extra funds I sent to YB - I do sincerely hope he IS well, but it would be nice if someone could either close this (and return our money!) or it could be progressed...

Yes, it's not very good news at all. Perhaps you can ask ADMIN what's happened to Des? (yogi)

The whole pips closure was a disgrace. Bank Nagara failed to provide any REAL information to pips members. Whatever funds were found, were confiscated by the Malasian government. No doubt these funds were eaten up by court and investigation costs. There's no way to win them back now.
