If they are found to be guilty as charged, any time served now will be credited against the sentence.

Do you know without a shadow of a doubt that the Marsdens are responsible for the turmoil you describe?

Sure I lost money by being taken in on the impossible dream, but I can afford it, it's the others I feel sorry for, the one's who pledged everything and lost most!
Let's hope the trial happens soon and they get what they deserve.

I have contacted the FBI regarding my funds with BM. They told me I could start the process but I won't received any money since it's frozen in another country. They also told me that he is more than likely never going to get out of jail and that it's a shame that the trial that they have against him is not going to cover all those affected.

According to the information I have read, this is not true. This time does not count towards any future sentence in either trial. If they had made bail, they would not have been in jail all this time. Since they couldn't, they sit in jail. To get out of jail, they would have to post $1.4 (roughly) Million bail for both trials. Even if they could raise the bail for the first trial, they still would not make bail, as the bail for the second trial had not been met. Thus why they have to raise all of it.

This again is certainly going to be a benchmark and a major example which I believe too, that the Malaysian Govt will like to see it portrayed when they wrap up the Marsdens Trial...for those out there in their country, that their days too are numbered when the next case is to follow suit.

For many...this is a perfect showcase to prove a point in defense to all those who suffered and cannot make claim...lost their live(s) and have no finance to pursue against culprits such as those that cheats and stole money from Investors under lies and deceptive programs...if this happened in the USA...the will by unscrupulous lawyers only makes matter worst...it is good, perhaps a blessing in disguise that the BN decided to reign them in after all....!!!
