Situation Update : Malaysian General Elections

There will be general elections around the corner and it will be (non official) in March. If it happens on the trial date, near or after.

1. Trial will be postponed (trial date)
2. Travel will be difficult
3. Travel not advised, maybe there will sore losers

Just keeping the forum informed.

Yes, frozen accounts do not EARN interest, but banks DO earn interest on any and all funds in their customer accounts via investment interests and activities. However, courts control funds in banks within their jurisdiction, and as it has been for many countries where banks have frozen accounts connected to other countries' investigations/trials, as soon as it is established in the trial that the said country where the trial is being held has NO jurisdiction over the other counrtries' banks, those frozen funds can be accessed legally. But you may have to get a lawyer to "unlock" your funds, depending upon the attitude of the bank in which your accounts are in. In regards to seized business computers and frozen business activities, those member accounts under the business' operation process are also frozen at that point. The company is usually forbidden to continue business activities with the said company until it has been cleared. Member accounts in the company would have stopped at moment of seizure as the company cannot continue to do business. The accounts value and or, true investment value, at seizure is what the investigating bank or officials will make their decisions on along with activities of members and company owners, staff and its officers.

Sorry to note abt your marriage breakdown however, you do need to come to grips with the sordid fact on your "MONEY" that is currently held up... if not for a better word, LOST
in limbo to the likes of Marsden and Company and all there is that ties to his belongings, now in possession and subject to further decisions needed once the trial and/or sentence is laid down.

Your bank acct detail is of no relevance or serves no access either for this Forum or for any other institution to help you recover or refund your loss...

I do hope you have found something more worthy to lean on and also, a new partner for you will need it to overcome the tragedy....

I've been missing this few months but I've not forgotten about you all. I got some health problems as you all know. Stones came back with a vengence but the doctors have cleared me. In fact, I passed some out this morning. Yeah... I'm a regular quarry. They're small ones, I guess the x-ray didn't catch them. Anyway, I can't believe that after 3 years, this guy is still trapped in Malaysian Judicial System, I also am suprised with another live ruined story. Chilento, you're not going to see your money back, I can safely say its gone. There never was a 2% ROI. I sympathise with you. My heart goes out to you.

He fooled us all. The smart, the stupid, the desprate, the greedy, the strategist, the follower, the leader, the sick, the old, the young, royalty and whatever. You name it chances are he's fooled them. What can we do? We have sat a %^&*() of a long time. At one time we were left in the dark because there was no news. But admin & Yogi came along and brought updates. Of course BM prefers that there were no news, make bail and perhaps slip away into the darkness. Heck, he scammed us three times, first with PIPS, Lotto and Cycler. This while on BAIL. Scammed us for every last cent.

My last USD20 which is around $80 for me (ex-rate at the time) which I could have used as I needed money was sent to his stupid cycler to a certain Barry James. Who was later exposed as the now jailbird BM. So why, why should we not think that he is such a jerk of a guy? Betrayed, cheated and left in the lurch. That's life, right? Some of us have no where to turn to. I hope when come judgement time, you (BM) that you pay for all the misery and family breakups, ended friendships and deaths you've caused.

I wish ............... words frequently used by remorseful PIPS participant.

Anyway, trial's next month. I hope there will be no postponement again. I can't take the disappointment. BTW more bus crashes and more dead. This time, a friend of a friends daughter was killed. The bus driver was allegedly speeding and SMS-ing at the same time! She was 21, a brilliant girl with a bright future. Extinguished. I'm more afraid of buses than ever. If all goes well, you will have more news. That is unless there is a general election, demonstration or I get sick. My bosses will give me further instruction, then there's the 2nd trial in KL, that's in May. My family have to make some sacrifices when I am away, so the trials better be on this time.

I am sick and tired of being on the losing end. It has been a struggle for my family all my life. I just want to be debt free and have a little spending money. PIPS have gotten us in debts. I have nothing left, I cashed out my life insurance, closed my business and gotten additional debts on top of my debt because of waiting, waiting, waiting. Calling them (PIPS) asking for my check which is always posponed.So I eke out a living by teaching computers and writing for papers or magazine also a bit of travel guide work. It's not where I want to be and I'll be forty in a few years, not married, unwell and poor.

What to do? Live day by day and hope that something comes my way. It is a glum 2008 for those who still believe that things will turn around for PIPS. People telling me, I told you so and don't invest more than you can afford to or why was I so stupid, you're not helping. So I want to end my rants. I get this way when I think of all the things I had to go through.

Batty is living a very pitiful life for his part and many more out there are experiencing as well with his in solemn silence and grief... unable to cry out theirs unfortunately but for those who knows and realize they should not be forgotten, share with us on their outcome so others who still thinks that BM was a saint in his deeds... realized they were wrong and mistaken all along...

Yes, some did benefit from payouts... they were lucky and they made it... but not the rest like Batty and yours truly too.....

May this new Year from the Chinese Calendar bring some closure and peace to your loss...
