Not that I believe this is fundamental at this time but for the sake of argument, when this began wouldn't the court have froze the bank funds therefore stopping any interest paid on any money there? Just curious...

Well, whichever country one is in... 99,999% of monies impounded by any Authorities would not be involve in doing a side track on keeping tabs with the Invested money (if at all one can also argue on this separate issue) however and nonetheless, it would be the State curator who will be commissioned to see that all accounted sum are documented as best as possible and all dealings or interests are automatically blocked & terminated and comes to a grinding halt!

Little speculation about interests continuing to gather profits is needed from thereon.

Actually I was hoping to see him have to pay out $80 Million per day per member for the first 27 days, then $92 Million for the next 27 days, then $115 Million in the next 27 days, etc., etc. The ever increasing amounts were not sustainable, let alone the $80 Million per day initially.
