Thread: Logging on to new site

Tried to log on. Rejecting my username/password. Is it supposed to accept our username/password form earlier site?

I get "Username/Password Not found" on both of my accounts..
A little worried, I must admit.

It's fine guys..don't worry, I think that we've been here before! Give it the weekend and try again later, I had no problem logging in today but have had trouble previously. It is the same name and P/W but there may be other reasons..

The site looks great and everything is operating as it should in the back office..so even if you can't see it now just know that it is fine.. :D :D :D

I logged into a couple accounts today and on my first attempt...I hope this is a sign that everything is getting better!

Finally got in late last nite.. after days of username/password not found.
I heard they are slowly loading all data in.. I believe if we are just patient it will all come together.

Thanks all you guys/gals for reporting your prior bad experiences before being able to get in. That helps. We'll just keep trying.

i have found that all the people that are having the error that the login password is not found happen to have a special character in their password. The new site didnt factor in passwords that have special characters.

So we will see what they are going to do about this soon.

I also read somewhere that a person with an _ in his password could acces the site. But perhaps this is the deal for certain characters,

I could login just a few minutes ago; in both my accounts (no special characters in my passwords) . Only I couldn't make a withdraw to my picpay account.
I will try again later.
