Thread: Bryan has not been arrested

I keep on reading false reports that he is in jail (thankfully he isn't). I also read that he has been arrested.

An arrest does not mean that one is in jail. Normally you have to be found guilty before a court before you are sent to jail - and that can take months

So, has he been arrested to appear in court or not? Anyone know? Tom perhaps?

Most of us here are hoping for the best and wish Bryan the best as well.

In the US i believe you can be held by the police for a maximum of 24h if you are a suspect. Then if they find no charge against you they are obligated to let you free.

I dont know how it is elsewhere in the world. I think its the same thing in Canada..

NO, he was never in situation for authorities having any reason him be arrested.

Those rumors are from PIPS enemy side.

No, Bryan nor Sharon have been arrested, those were rumors.

This was confirmed in a phone call from Bryan to IrishBilly. He has not been arrested and is cooperating with the bank to answer their questions.

If you go to the troll forums you will see all kinds of negative stuff that are a bunch of lies about Bryan. I researched all the Malayasian news papers and was unable to find anything pretaining to PIPs or Bryan Marsden. These people who tell the lies think we are like a bunch of lemmings and will follow them if they cry wolf. Don't listen to this junk if you don't believe me please do your own research and see for yourself.
And if Bryan had been arrested don't you think it would be all over the news especially as big as PIPs has become. Stay here with the positive people and prosper with us.
