As far as im concerned the only thing that is relevant is whether there are any funds left and what recourse we have for recovering any. Maybe Bat$ can look into this.

Thats a "tall order" at this stage for anyone even for Batty at the frontline however, access to such details & info needs more patience & time involved...

Sure hope your request can be met with some clear funding and support too... thanks for your input!

We have been waiting so long for this answer Arvie. We might get to know the answer to this, when the trial comes up. We will try to have someone in that courtroom to cover the whole trial for us.

The way i see it, we should send someone (thebat$) down there 2-3 more times.
For the :

*Hearing for this motion is set to 22nd of May.
*The Main trial is set on the 10 and 11th of September 2007

It does not seem like the press is covering this trial anymore, so we will have to do it on our own.
If we can manage to do this, we might just get the answer to your questions. I dont know for sure, but we will see.

Very strange.

We have a new member signed up with name: Scamming#1.
When i checked his profile as i sometimes screen user-names of new members joining Rolclub forum, i found out that he is signed up with an email [email protected] ?????

Does anyone know him?

17. After the trial ajourned, I was met by some photographers and press people. I had wanted to take a pic of the Marsden but they did not come out of the court through the normal exit.



The press was not allowed into the proceedings but Batty was? How come?

So does that mean that Batty won't need to go back until the actual trial in Sept, as nothing will be decided until then? That should give him plenty of time to collect donations.
