Hope so too !

Effectively the saga ended on the 16th. of August 2005. That was the end of Pips and I very much doubt if there will any significant funds left for disbursement. All that is left now is to apportion blame.

I would not said that was over on Aug. 16, 2005.

You will see a lot more of Pips yet, even so you and your clan would like to see it out of business.

It's sad that we had to go with this steps of trauma, but we learn a lesson how to deal with it for next time.

chin lee you are living in a dream world. Pips is no more. Period. There will NEVER be a next time. Bryan has been found to be operating without a license. Do you think a license is just going to magically appear and prove his innocence? Simply put NO. Because Bryan DID NOT HAVE A LICENSE. Even if the remote possibility(impossible) that Bryan would be let go his reputation in the banking and financial world is ruined and he would never be able to enter into these sectors again. Time to move on people........get on with life. Of course this is just my take on it. We will see who is right.

There is also the minor question that seems to be often overlooked - where, other than in the private accounts of the Marsdens, is the money?

So when you think that way (which is your right), why you are here? I would not waste my time if I would not have a interest.

For A LICENSE question, were di you get that idea (from book...HAHAHA). You do not know details. No one knows that post here, to have credibility to discuss those issues. You are just making fool of yourself.

Well, that is your problem. You just do not know and you do not need to know, unless you are share holder. Pips did not have shares.
