Has anyone seen the pictures of Bryan and Sharon? Sure didn't seem like the same people that were walking with their heads held high in Hawaii. Nor did it remind you of the guy they brought in like he was some sort of God. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Your point being what exactly, hylas? Remember that in spite of the lengthy investigation by the Bank, no one has yet levelled any accusations of fraud or embezzlement at the Marsdens. So what are you gloating at?

eman, I don't know if you've seen the news article or the pictures or if you were even a member of PIPS. But the thing is you shouldn't even have to ask what my point is. When he came into the arena in Hawaii they walked him in there like he was a God. And eventhough it was a great convention it was still a situation that ended up falling short of everyonese expectations. And alot of people lost money that they couldn't afford to loose. So I feel for those persons that were taken because it shouldn't have happened that way. There were alot of smart people making viable suggestions as to how PIPS could have been ran more efficiently. But he's already been convicted in the press and those aren't the most flattering pictures. Anytime they splash you across the front page of a section of the newspaper it isn't because they were lost and then found. They were running and didn't want to be found. But we'll wait and see what happens. I just hope that they get their just deserts and that we all get our money back.

Well, they have been accused of money laundering. And in the letter sent to BNM by the unknown "group of investors", they stated a breach of the "Money Laundering Act", or similar.

Time will tell, as usual.

Dude, wake up and smell the coffee. Pips was a scam from day 1. It took a long time, but it finally caught up with the scammer Bryan Marsden and his wife Sharon. I hope they rot in jail.

I would hate to think you were Judge and Jury at any case against me.

It appears that you actually don't need evidence to supply a vehement verdict ?

Accuse, sentence and then death......

On the other hand, some of us would like to hear the real evidence and see the
outcome of the real trial before we hang anyone out to dry.

There's nothing worse than fair weather friends.

When things are going well they are the greatest supporters,
when things go wrong they are the first to pronounce you guilty
and the first to shout loudly as they enjoy the slaughter.

Who needs friends like that !

Brian certainly doesn't.

If there was deliberate Fraud they would have found it, afterall,
that's what they were eagerly pursuing.

Brian may be guilty of many many things, the most serious though
seems to be mis-management and mis-placed trust.

Hardly a hanging offence.
