It is very critical for all of you not to use WINDOWS carefuly when you log into your accounts - wether it is here - there and everywhere you may earn som money or some kind of account, when you do some playing or gaming on your computer.
Windows is a fragile program, and I have only 3 very good advices -
1. USE windows on another computer that is for your "LOGIN" ISSUES only, and DO NOT use Internet Explorer, Use Mozilla Firefox! -
2 IF you have MACintosh computer; use that! -
3. If you can download KNOPPIX Live that is the best system to secure you. Knoppix have the tool to save the configuration as you want it everytime you start the Live CD
I have been hakked, stolen from - so my future finance went down the drain.
THIS IS JUST A FRIENDLY WARNING TO MY fragile friends in this Forum.

It is ok now. Found it, downloaded it, installed it and ****uted it already. Wow! Looks like XP style, I like it.

Now I have Mozilla FireFox, ZoneAlarm Pro, Registry Mechanics, Trend Micro Pc-Cillin Anti-virus and Internet Security. I also have a router with IPSec and NAT.

Have I protected my PC well enough?

With WINDOWS - nothing is enough!
To be secure when you use ur accounts - use the ultimate Operating System - http://knoppix.com/ download the image *.iso file. from some server at the download.
Burn it with Nero - or use burn image option. - (In Windows)
Behold - you got a live CD you can boot your computer.
Just hit enter when the boot and image of Knoppix is at the boot display.
If you got broadband Internett - Knoppix is on the internet at once.
There you can surf - both with Mozilla or Konqueror
If you have made some configurations you would like to use next time you open Knoppix - hit the Knoppix Pingvin Icon at the statusline -down left - Enter: configure - Enter: save Knoppix configuration
When the save option pop up - just read the alternatives carefully - (I have not marked the "save all files on the desktop".)
Enter - and you get a pop up windows on where u want the file to be saved - (I have it on a partition.)
The 2 files "knoppix.sh" and "configs.tbz" you better make a backup of.

Remember also that your harddisk is write protected. That is not an obstacle - it is a security.
Next time you boot with Knoppix - you write at the boot startup: "knoppix myconfig=scan"
Then it find your saved configuration image and you are back in business.

I use several programs in Knoppix - wordprosessor - very good divx movie player, (better than windows) - media player - newsprogram - email program - some graphic - and so on.

Download the DVD or CD version
The newest one is v.4.0 or something - but the best is 3.8 with less faults.
