Well I agree the trial is taking far too long to prove His innocence
I fully stand by that statement, which also apply to his potential guilt and believe it or not, there's just NOTHING we or even any Statesman in that country can do to lift a hand to ease the misery for those in continued detention awaiting trail.
Most have declined in regret, esp. those with petty crimes, to have rather be in jail or prosecuted within the Spore Legal System coz though it is stricter there, straight as it comes, severe as it should, but honest sentence you will get in ASAP on a trial date and no monkey business when dealing with the penalties to be tried.
Even the guy Nick, known for his fraud exchange dealings through Barrings... he got away swiftly and sooner than anticipated... due to how the Spore justice penal code is set up... it is also known or said, he got off lighter & was far better off to be sent back to Spore to be tried than in the UK itself which the law derives from... due to loopholes sealed and improved by the new Independent State Singapore became from UK...
Yes, the Marsdens found themselves to be in a precarious situation, worser than a political detainee..., well almost I'd say.
Many may rejoice at this outcome for the Marsdens, as a payback for what they caused, however, I distance on that thought merely because of what one has come to know, learn and to accept the mere fact for the country they are now in, is a hell-hole they landed themselves into. Is that as much a fate for them as for all involved losing their faith now with the Marsdens and the lost money that went with them?
I leave the cause of justice to play itself out for I have no personal animosities with them, just only feeling slightly bruised and disgruntled "once" but that was back then and like many of those that moved on with life, I have since picked up immediately to move on, which has only increased a better aura for me personally... and the compassion for them remains.... at that humane level, despite what they may have done to all concerned.

I really feel we should have a renewed effort to get the trial covered.
Every pips member of ROL should be able to donate between $2 and $5.00 minimum.Isn't it in every pips members interest to get a first hand report of what's going on at the trial? (eventually) Of course it is!
No more speculation and no more guesswork. No more naysayer versus cheerleaders, just the facts of the matter.
Thebat$ has put in the effort for the members, lets help him all we can to cover this trial again.

kdwa3: I was hoping you would have responded, as I was interested in learning just what businesses Bryan entered into that were successful and returning the guaranteed rate of returns he promised all PIPSters. From the statements you made, I thought you had a ready to provide list of these business ventures. Thus why I was surprised you did not or have not replied. Still looking forward to your providing this information.

I would have thought that this point has been discussed in the past and generalyy accepted that it would have been highly impertinent of us to interrogate BM to divulge to us as to how he was able to give us the sort of high returns that he was making for us. I seem to recall that BM is now in prison not because he defrauded any body but that he operated his scheme in that country without due authority. Please correct me if I am wrong. Why should he have been expected to announce to all and sundry his business secrets and thereby give a leg up to his competitors? All businesses guard their bisiness secrets very jealously; no less BM.
For the donation funds, is eGold still acceptable? I tried to check into my 1mdc.com account only to find that the site seems to have disappeared. Anybody know what has happened there?
This is an update after the latest consult from Batty regarding the picture(s) that was taken "as IS" of the Marsdens. Consider this a bonus and mainly as a gesture of gratitude for your support in his efforts to obtain and still does, in getting the facts and the whole truth from the trial... which is still to come.
We have seen the pics and approve them and agree the better of the rest will be released, only one would be released here on the Forum as they are all similar being taken in quick succession we were informed.
We will let Batty do the posting with the picture included, hopefully within the next 24 hours.
The Admins.

Thanks to all your collected efforts, from the Admins to the last contributor. We have been able to obtain a most sought after glimpse of the elusive BM and SM.
Now you can gaze upon them as I have seen them. Not a pretty picture. I will submit my trip report and conversations with court officials, hopefully soon.

Good point,
When you look back, the only investments anyone can put a finger on is the Bistro, a loser, and the Bible deal, which I am sure was not making much at the time. I do wonder how old Tom is making out with money he got from us to start his venture, guess he came out on top, about the only one who did in this whole deal. Anyone know how the Bible deal is going? At least if one investment paid off for Tom, I guess you could say old Bryan did make one good investment then.
I doubt there were any other investments, but I guess this is why we are all interested in outcome of trial, the truth may come out eventually that there where no other investments, certainly no gold, real estate or anything else of value or a real tangible asset. I am certain none of us know of any, but some talk as if everything Bryan ****ed was true. Time to face reality, Bistro and Bible deal was it.
My english is not what is has to be. I will try and I will just say I am just a pensionist so I dont have this money to pay to the found. I have been with this forum all tre years following Bryan and his wife, so please send me the update things about the trial and all whats happening with PIPS.
