BM and his wife has no money to pay for their legal fees so both their lawyers Dato' Sidam Param and Kuldeep Kumar had discharged themselves. For members information, both lawyers didn't receive a single cents from BM and his family. They have no choice and they have spent a lot of their money and time to help out BM. So far no one has come out with the fees so where is the PIPS supporters, what you all going to do?

There are 2 cases against BM:-

1) KL Court - deposit taking without banking licence - I will say 100% going to lose but this case can be settle by fine

2) Seremban Court - Money Laudering - I will say not much chance to win bcos of case (1)

In my opinion the earliest the case over the better for us bcso BNM has process the refund to the Investors!

I know for a fact that the money won't be refunded.

The dire difference when you raise the fact mentioning: PIPs Supporters, has since been fledging and at a speed or rate to that of a comet.

Having been a once PIPs acct holder, like almost ALL that still follow this monitoring path albeit enthusiastically or dishearteningly... the fact remains, a PIPS supporter is one that may still believe in that diabolical wishful thinking while the rest and most have come to terms of being taken for a whopping, whacked ride by the Masdens!!!

With that account, an untold number of duped PIPSters the world over are now keen to see justice played out... regardless of compassion present or without... but if you are one that remains in the far corner, considered as a PIPs loyalist or true believer... I for one won't mock or belittle your belief but will say just this... show it with true grit by making the trip and visiting them during visiting hours and stand up for them in court and not expressed your incredible view that their case is as good as GONE but hopes the missing money can be retrieved or disbursed soon enough ... its a twisted tale you are jabbing about... which side are you actually on???

Even if we donate, follow and stay tune about the developments on the ridiculous trial... it doesn't put us necessarily to be PIPs supporters... NOT ANYMORE and no more reasons needed to support this stance... but we can and by all virtue, have the liberty and right to keep monitoring the case.

All I can say is BNM won't be refunding anyone soon. They're still investigating what happened to the BULK of millions that he took in. If the members still want to know further developments for this August trial then please PM the Admin. As it is my balance of funds can only cover 2 days stay of the 5 day trial. I am as usual leaving the funding side to the Admins.

Still too early to tell how the trial will run its course. For sure I want to know if he gets bail or not.

I had thought our dear downer would have known or perceive the state we are in with reference to the status of the Courts and the Marsdens/PIPs outcome thus far which has little or no progress to speculate further as facts to this date... all in all, a BIG & humble thanks for letting him know with your latest post.
