I have had it with GFF. Their admin was our programmer before. 1 year ago he stole our database and started his own forum. Members of rolclub that aren't even members of his forum, keep getting email messages from them as if they were from us. Just day ago he sent out an email about Type at home, with a link,which you can also find at their site with the exact same link. And later he sent out an email to our members to join his forum as pips's trial is up...
I have not been able to go ahead and file charges against him properly from Poland. But i need help from our US member in getting this guy this time. I am so determined to go ahead with this, and seek help and advice from all board members that happen to know how such things are dealt with in US..
I need help in finding US lawyers. I need help in understanding how to file
charges in US against him and GFF. I need someone to help us do this properly. Gff will now know that they can not mess around any more. This has been going on for tooooo long.
Time for action from our end, as on several of my warnings he still kept/keeps spamming members from our database...

so i am guessing this must be lawyers that represent us from this region yes?
Anyone has any knowledge about any Good lawyers in this region?
Sort of case we wish to file is Copyrighted info miss use like our database, and theft of our Database, while working for us..
We would also request that all members of RC that has not been a member of Gff, and getting such email lspam like in last round, where they ask you to join their forum for pips information, post here so that we can have some proof of miss use of our database by GFF + a DDos attack on our server back in feburary.
It may cost some $$$s but it HAD TO BE DONE to rid this "parasite-leech" from spamming RC Members and DO IT the American way....scrape him as dry and as much as his piggy bank has left!!!
Fortunately, he is in the USA to get a Solicitor there to hold him accountable for his deliberate spamming cowardice....!!!
We welcome any further tips or advises to help/support our legal actions against this ex-Programmer of ROLClub....
This guy is a sad-SORE loser that cannot admit his low-life with reality and loss by his own deceitful actions he created....he was a scoundrel behind ROLClub's operations which we later found out (regrettably a little later at the last several weeks before we paid him off!), and by his setting up of hs own domain name and behaving this way....it is simply an act of a "lost and illiterate delinquent" it turned out to be we once have within our Forum....how sick can he get???

Are you thinking about filing Criminal Charges or Civil Charges against him? First of all, I am not an Attorney.. If Criminal Charges are comtemplated, Copywrite Infringement is a Federal crime, so you would probaby have to file a Complaint with the Federal Marshal in the Jacksonville, FL jurisdiction. Or you could go to the US Embassy in Poland and file a Complaint with the FBI representative there.. JMHO.. That might save you a lot of money!

That sounds like a sound advice. I will call the US Embassy on Monday and discuss the matter with them, while i am now already in talks with 2 lawyers for how the procedures for this case will be.
Well, a forum claims to post pips updates, taken from us, and re-written, to our DB of members...
The pips updates we provide are being mailed twice. Once by us. Once by GFF to again our members...
