We are down to numbered days now when it comes to Bryan Marsdens Trail. It was first set to 10th of September, but thebat$ (rolclub moderator) who has been sent to the region during the hearing several times with support from our memberships fact finding funds...

We will finally know whats going on with this case after a long wait. Nearly 2 years + 12 days ago Pipsinc website was taken down, when the Pipsinc servers were removed by BoN...

Many here have left, many has changed to investments, and many still hope that this investment somehow can bring fruits... Others hope they get their money back, or at least get some of their deposits back, as more then 95% of the 200.000 investors in pips never got anything out of this company due to long waits with the withdrawal, and thing not working out with ewallet etc etc...

What we need is now to come together again, to discuss, support our fact finding funds with donations for thebat$'s trips. Media does not seem to cover this case for past half year, and that is when we decided to take the matter in our own hands....

There is noway we can get the funds to send thebat$ unless support is shown by the sleeping membership. Perhaps less then 1% of our pips members has supported us with this mission, but we do need more funds
to see this trial through and keep all 27000 Rolclub members updated around the globe..

Please consider your investment nothing else then a $2 spend to buy a news paper. It does not return anything but news.. If the funds will not be enough for us to cover the costs this trial bring, then i am sorry to say, that we will have to let this matter go, and there will be NO reports from our end to the membership. We do not want to just let those members know that has supported our fact finding funds, as this is not entirely fair.

Not all have the means to support. We do understand that very well. But please also understand the seriousness of the matter, when it comes to the fact finding funds that are spent totally on thebat$ trips.

We have kept a very open and transparent fund balance for all to see.

Its now down to 15 days left. That does not give us to much time to gather the funds and send them of to thebat$.

At the end... Whatever you want to wish as the final outcome of this trial.
Now is the time to pray for it...

Have donated $5 for the fund. Will be nice to see it all resolved no matter what the outcome - although I hope the outcome is good to us all!

Due to a smaller miss understanding, i said 13th september, as this is what i first was told. But it seems like the trial is set for the 10th of september as the orginal plan.

Which leaves us with even smaller time for the gathering of fact finding funds.
I hope our members support us with our fund for the trips thebat$ has to make.

The slight glitch (= misunderstanding) lies squarely on the system that is well known in Malaysia, being, the Courts have a horrible track record with Organisation & schedules....for as long as memory counts!!!

At whim's notice, dates are changed, postponed or amended to anyone showing up or getting informed, at the 11th hour.

Batty himself had some rough ride sourcing this area and was led to believe the dates were switched. Desperately making all other plans turning into contingency and thus becoming upsetting and chaotic.

I had to cancel his Hotel reservations which was successful but within 36 hours, had to reverse back again by this time, the original check-in date is not available!!!

This is now pending subject to someone else canceling that very day!

So far for now, things are edgy and if that one day prior to the Trial date, no room is available, I will have to book another hotel just to accommodate Batty's arrival...this may be an inconvenience as well and I hope it could solve at least a proper place for his rest on that very night and prepare him afresh for the Monday Trial itself.

Hotel has to be sorted out now!!! I am also in close contact with the current Hotel on this to resolve. Update will ensue.... so thumbs UP and touch wood for a good solution soon....

In addition, I have received a donation which included a message: Bryan Marsden Fund Donation from an Australian member.

This is of course, NOT the case....

We are aware of many members, esp. from the Australian side and also, back then where there was a Fund raising campaign by "Kahbrit" collecting money under this guise...

However, please make no mistake on ROLClub's initiative as one to be that of a Fact-Finding Fund on the "Trial of Bryan Marsden" .... a complete difference to anyone suggesting our efforts to be related to that of an earlier, controversial collection organised by an Auspips member that dissipated somehow and we, ROLClub, has no involvement to that campaign except for being a donor too.

On behalf of ROLClub, Marek donated a much larger amount but received no updates at all since!!!
