Update Announcement on PIPs/BM
This update on the PIPS situation and the current custody leading to the trial of Brian Marsden is what we had discussed and we wished, your attention and subject to YOUR understanding and cooperation, short of any financial participation, would decide what needs to be done from a laid back and watching position and not knowing just where it may all end up with. This has gone far too long for many unfortunately.
We will get to the crux of it and not delve too deep with explanations and the process of reaching a decision. You think carefully, what can get involved and if you see any hope to some light with answers and you are happy to be part of it, we will welcome your involvement however small it may appear to be.
We shall have our Moderator, aka thebat$, to undertake the research and fact-finding task, from a location that is about 400kms away from his home, to the Courts and State Prosecutor’s premises in the capital of Malaysia where Bryan is awaiting trial and still in detention.
His time may involve either a 2 or 3 part travel and lodging and each time may last anything between 2-3days to 5 days at the maximum each time depending on the outcome resulting from his arrangements with an approved and competent Solicitor who decidedly will carry out what is necessary to unveil the state of affairs and determining as much as possible, just how, when, and who precisely is pursuing the trial that has the full influence on BM’s custody and his eventual outcome. We need to establish this and don’t be mistaken here, it is NOT to engage a lawyer to defend BM nor pursue a case against BM nor start a case against ANYONE, only to dig up relevant facts pertaining to the current absence of silence that is not reflecting any pleasure or satisfaction on our vested money we once lend to Brian Marsden for his PI Inc investment dream he strongly claimed to be.
If you wish to see this succeed, we need funds. NOTHING else can make things move. ROLClub started for a reason, and promised to do whatever we can see possible to follow up and together with her current members, some 70% we believe, we can cover the costs needed in just finding out through a reliable office in Malaysia to represent our concerns and perhaps, nail in the missing answers as well.
We are looking at about 2-3 thousand euros to cover thebat$’s journey and time with lodging involve and a modest fee to cover the official research costs to achieve the necessary information.
Marek will access the findings and reports delivered back by thebat$ and subsequently be responsible in compensating the necessary funds to him.
We estimated, with each person contributing $1,50 euro or $2 per person only, we can collect the anticipated amount of about $4000 we need to cover this effort. We know some would say, they can afford to donate much more than others and are willing to do so… but no, we want this to be everyone’s equal involvement and should we fall short of the expected amount, we will ask of you, we hope it is not necessary to seek this option assuming we have just more than 2000 members responding to get us moving this lame duck of a case we all hear from the beginning and now seem to have lost even a whisper and before it becomes an echo… we can do something constructive and soon! Are you on this? Please PM to us and also mention you did so by posting it on the Forum, we want and need as many as possible who still seeks an answer to participate in this fact-finding paid assignment.

This mass mail invites you to respond and show support to our efforts on behalf of your concerns and the recovery, to some credible answers to your once vested interests and hard earned money that was handed to Bryan Marsden with a strong belief he would invest properly and honestly. He is now in prison for perhaps failing and deceiving us all. Do you have the answers so far all along? We don’t, will you join us get them? Only your decision with many more will decide whether we can move ahead or seal it forever!!!
If the support is far from optimistic and it proved there is no more worthy effort needed to be spent on this, we will respect your majority vote appearing negative and with no clear support shown, we shall end any further focus on the PIPs Forum thread. This is not a threat, NOT at all… but this is to show and prove that ROLClub is in no position to carry on the flame any longer and to shoulder any further illusion about the trial still to be held, to be proven worthy in following through.
We will give all members the time of one week from this email sent out, for your response. We hope to see it underway in 3 weeks from now, if earlier is possible, we shall do it and announce it in the forum, thank you.
A list will be created to show who are willing and had contributed. If there is insufficient funds to make it feasible, we shall appeal one more time and if that again fails, we shall consider it a sealed and done case in disbanding any further on the PIPS saga in whatever form or shape after that on the ROLClub Forum.
