Here's an update on what is potentially to be undertaken and just so to help you get a close idea on how the bat trail is taking off.
We were informed and from what I shall disclose, is a general synopsis of the path that is considered but not necessarilly being confirmed nor is definite as we hope the flexibility in movement will allow our Batman to have more grounds covered then we can imagine without releasing his exact route in recovering any valuable details that we long to hear and subsequently approve of his fact-finding task he will soon embark on. We are sure you support this too!
If we had started earlier and with more start-up funds, it would have secured thebat$ early chance on making early bookings and perhaps get a better deal with accomodation and transport travel, that chance was missed and the timeline was early last week.
However, he has other alternatives in place and travel is alittle longer with time but this is not a let down, not at all for him, which is positive news!
The trial may begin as early as April 12th but we will know for sure once Batty is there as he had planned and to be on schedule for more searching of resources that may provide information and also, we hope he can secure confirmation on the current custody or release on bail of the Marsdens...we have to wait once he is there.
In addition to that, if he gets a break (we encourage him to do that as a MUST HAVE), he shall go on site to snap the "as is" situations of the other premises. He has been there before, so he's on familiar terrein and will gather whatever sideline murmurs from surrounding traders still operating next door on the bistro for example.... We'll see what shots we get from Batty to share with you all.
More facts if possible from depts related to the trial and whatever went amiss or blacked out since the last official reported news back in Jan 4th this year will also be pursued.
Hopefully too, but not necessarilly, if our man thebat$ can recover as much information than a local Solicitor would with skycraping fees or charges offered... we shall wait and hear his coverage on that field.
I know I am not being specific but neither was that the intention either... as there are people out there waiting to hear what we release to all you supporting members while they lay back, perhaps never changed with their attitude but moaning and criticising and negative at all corners ... and showed no solidarity with our collective, combine cause on this initiative, not even a mere $2 funding would move them to join forces with the rest that "tried"...
We still welcome funds to continue this cause and it was after a resolute agreement to limit on the first expense sheet for thebat$'s basic coverage and needs, the amount would have fetched considerably more and from the compromise that we reached agreeing on the $450 is a safe start, so no one can dispute or question an over-payout to cover the first assignment. We do need to have an adequate reserve to cover the anticipated future trips.
We do not know just how much and how long this will endure but the current amount collected so far is barely enough to cover an expected three or more trips he may undertake. I compromised too on the balance shown with a modest increase to allow more flex for Batty's task and expenses expected to incur.
I know thebat4 well and he is sacrificing alot more just to see this through that serves everyone concerned with PI Inc. Both Marek and myself and on behalf of those that have already shown their undivided support and donation, we appeal to you for more funds as we go along...
To those who expressed their willingness, there's still some 20 odd pending donors, please don't feel compelled to donate... YOU do it because you said so that you would and we leave you to decide in actually doing so and hopefully, as soon as you possibly can...all amounts as from $2 are greatly welcomed and I will update you all, on the next feedback. Thank you all for the support shown and expressed.

It could be that they are engaged on different means of travel for
the "trip" there.
Once they arrive, I am sure that they will both be glad that they had
a nice "trip", since they both arrived safely.
Wishing one a "nice trip" has no bearing upon whether one is going or not.
Just curious though, chin-lee, where did LynnRe say that they were going to
be there? I did not read that here at RC?

LynnRE has not said he is going as far as I know. I wonder what difference it makes to chin-lee ?

Let's see...I wished everyone a very Merry Christmas and it created quite a flury of insults, now I wish someone a safe journey and you have a cow over it. Makes me wonder what would happen if I wished everyone a Happy Easter.....Come to think of it, I just did. So let the insults begin.
