Just a thought, but in case we don't raise enough money for the bat$ to travel and cover the trial, I would like to suggest we give the money raised to bat$ anyway. He has done a lot out of pocket already, and this would be a small way of saying thanks for all he has done.

As a gesture for supporting this option to fund Batty's assignment, I shall start the list of "committed" contributors hereafter, so please PM us mentioning payment sum and username. When you inform us of your intention to contribute, it will be listed under the Status section, either as O (open) or R (received) once we see your sum in the account. The current method to receive your contribution (donation) is Egold only!! Remember too, that conversion costs into real cash transfer to Batty may erode away somewhat from the target sum... but Marek will inform you when that point arrives so all transactions & charges or fees are clearly substantiated.
Default donation Per person: $2. No mention on the list is necessary in this case.
Increased donation Per person: more than $2 is wholly voluntary & mention becomes inevitable for transparency on records. You are then required to disclose exact amount contributed in your post in this thread.
Only Egold will be used for receiving your contribution (donation).
