I wish to reiterate too, that this "fact-finding" initiative is a prudent approach to be viewed as one and carried out as an independent move free from any pressure or intimidation to undertake this course for we, The Admins and MODs and supportive Members of ROLClub, can only see this outcome as one that benefits us to the point of being in the loop... that we all felt disconnected due to the silence or blackout from the Malaysian side of the Law.
There is no illusion here that this action as an option or alternative as our right to exercise, be a way to endorse any claim of whatever shape or size or amount through the information we assigned our MOD, theBat$, to act & obtain on behalf of ALL of us, any valuable information leading to the trial or confirmed custody of the Marsdens.
If anyone, who feels a claim can be made, I can assure you, that such a move is a legal one you undertake as an individual and on your own account. At this point in time, due to the uncertainty and lack of any valid account leading to the state of the saga... NO ONE can really make any credible or sensible move as yet....but to gain more information so we can at least know, what can be pursued next... not any earlier and this is what a Fact-Finding assignment is all about!
if you think this attempt can be carroied out nonetheless and for no expenses incurred... one should have done this since the custody of Bryan... but no one sane enough would think that is possible.
Even a simple Malaysian lunch (I recommend Nasi Lemak for any curious hungry person) is not free.
