RC Man should be told you cannot PM people he does not have a relationship for this. He needs to read the rules in full as it does appear he is new.
As for the forum, it is just that, another forum of people discussing and advertising Internet opportunities.
I do not see any difference in advertising on it as I would here at RC, ***, TG, etc.
