If the bank of Nagara has frozen the PIPS funds, can we not apply directly to them for the return of our investment now that Bryan has been arrested.
Has anyone explored this action, please advise.

Good question,
As I see it, there is little left having seen so much wasted on Bistro and wasted real estate, so it will take some accounting to come to a conclusion what the numbers really were, and as we can clearly see, they are not close to what we were told.
I would suspect by the time it is all said and done that very few ever withdrew much, and if they did, there may be efforts to retrieve what was paid out, just as they will liqidate the Bistro, fachion deal and perhaps recoup whatever was invested in Bible deal. I would think these are the only assets left ourside of the $7M in press release. When all is said and done, we may see 5% of what was invested, so this will be interesting to follow just to see.
Judging from the illegal acceptance of investment money through Picpay, I would think there may be a chance to recover this if you had records of pending withdrawels, but again, this depends on what actual money was seized. The merchant accounts which supposedly held money may or may not be included in total figure of $7M, so this will be interesting to learn as well. Hopefully those people who used charge cards will get their deposits back in time, if not already through disputes which were an obvious issue all along. Time will tell, and we all learned patience, right? (g)
aaand interestingly enough, the GM at our Bank advised, for our side to keep those transaction copies we made through them so he'll stand in for us when the day arrives.... he informed me: Don't Give UP hope... if there's any to recover, trying is worth recovering whatever that's entitled to your share of the split when the curator decides, acting for the court!
We'll see... we still have the records... last year, my wife did NOT like the idea that I almost sent all paper proof into the incinerator ... when I felt it was a Goodbye gift...but then again...
My Bank's GM is positive on such matters and I don't want to appear negative even if it's my money...it's BAD for business NOT to stay bright, positive & hopeful esp. when one's Bank is also behind you too!!!
