I have read in one thread that the message about PIPS was not anymore present on the Bank of Negara Website. However I just read it right now in the updates part on the top right (rolling menu) of the site .http://www.bnm.gov.my
The message is still the same :

Some people are arrested and are innocent. beeing arrested is surely not a proof you did something bad. A friend of mine has been arrested, the real criminal had denounced him. 5 years after they are both at the right place.

YOU ARE VERY CORRECT. IT is very strange that the owner of "illegal" money is not yet "Charged" and Bryan who Allegedly "accepted" the money is charged
with "money laundry".
I feel that some kind of "conspiracy" is working against Bryan and PIPS. AT IT IS A GOOD NEWS THAT PIPS WAS NOT CHARGED WITH "PONZI" OR "PYRAMID SCHEME".

it is easier to charge BM et al with money laundering than to prove they ran a pyramid/get rich quick scheme.

The charges will be read in total when the trial commences.The illegal money is nothing more than incorrect licences for deposit taking.
Just as the vociferous mob is currently having its day in this forum; Bryan Marsden shall have his in a court of law. Then maybe, just maybe we shall all for the first time learn a thing or two. I predict many here shall be surprised by the coming events.
As a long time supporter of PIPS and a believer that Bryan Marsden has all along been motivated to only create good things for people, I refuse to let my opinion of Bryan Marsdens’ character be swayed by the recent development in Malaysia or by the trashing party that is going on here.
I know I’m not the brightest spark around but I’m not entirely daft either. As they say; the only sure thing in this life is death and taxes! and I’ve never been 100% certain about Bryan Marsden, but I’m pretty sure what I believe is real.
If it is ultimately proven beyond reasonable doubt that Bryan really is a scoundrel, well I’ll be surprised, I shall have to accept it.
In the months ahead we shall see who has been telling the truth and who really knew what. Guaranteed to be interesting.

Exactly!...the only way to get as close to the truth as possible, any kind of relevant info or insight as to how PIPs and picpay managed the funds on behalf of its members is through court of law!...Bryan certainly and absolutely denied to do so while PIPS seemed to be a heathy company, but behind a lof of lies and secrecies we will eventually and hopefully learn the truth!
Again to my surprise, the cheerleaders and those that still believe that PIPS will be back will at any rate defend Bryan until the bitter end and beyond.
What I believe or what you believe or what anybody here believes has been stated a thousand and one times already.
Lets just sit back now and observe what unfolds. It is after all what we have been waiting for all this time, isn’t it?
