It was a little long to quote for bandwidth, but very well said Yogi. And, have you noticed, since the moderator Everwiser and the other extraordinarily rude, simple-minded fanatics have been banned, this forum has become truly sane and more harmonized with level-headed people posting instead. Keep up the excellent work Yogi.
However painful it may be felt, both for Bryan & Sharon in particular and the respect they lost to thousands who came to know them, loved them, enjoyed their golfing, pooling, shopping and eat outs and all the extravaganza that highlighted the Marsdens.... they did what they tried to do to survive somehow!
That is a legacy that will accompany them for their remaining years as a couple who got around and was adored in a flamboyant way by a good, close-knit of ******* population whom many of us also knows...WHO THEY ARE...without a shadow of doubt!!!
However, what was committed is done...WAS done and now faces the price of justice only the applied Law & physics to meet the economic losses of thousands subjected to this couple's ingenuity in securing support from a faithful few...
The gauntlet is thrown and now...the towel is needed for the wailing & weeps of the whining few that were ever so close to taunt and despise those that only sought the truth...I won't ask for them, I just hope, they DON'T SHOW UP on any forums and pretend with excuses that they KNEW BEST and we were ALL WRONG in assuming... now accused to be daylight facts on 41 counts by the legal justice of Malaysia and soon to be proven with a compatible verdict passed on both of them...not necessarilly in mid September but not in the too distant future for sure.
I can now safely say... when I was in Malaysia...I was handed a hard copy of a National local newspaper cutting that was printed as part of an ethnic gazette stating the case against the Marsdens and the 11 entities allied to PI Inc and BM in particular and when the Investigation is completed, it would be summarilly handed over to the State Prosecutor for further processing and undertakings in a court of Law in Malaysia.
Many had tried to overcast my silence for not providing any details other than what I went there to see in print myself ...For My Own Very Eyes... and so it was to remain for myself only.
The source that handed to me did in good trust & faith and I in return, vowed likewise as I would anyway until it was no more a damning secret...just to maintain the respect for all involved including the Marsdens. I did not have to succumb or be obligated to answer ANY of you about why or what and with WHOM I met and the reasons for going there as part of my personal business vacation which had no ties whatsover to anything surrounding PIPS!!
I have no personal hatred nor qualms against BM nor to Sharon... I did indeed enjoyed their company separately from all others when I had the opportunity in Amsterdam.
What took place, or was in the makings of a larger picture as planned by Bryan...that is a responsibility Bryan & Sharon has to shoulder themselves both towards the many "duped" Pipsters as well as to his "loyal band of lieutenant LIARS" who foolishly acted like "Donkeys" and for being so utterlly blind...I won't forgive any single one of them...and you would'nt either, or wud YOU??? I won't be surprised.
I can forgive Bryan & Sharon for what they did was a way they did to survive in their own perspective and style of living they thought they were entitled to... I have no qualms on that...but I have a greater despise at those.... yes, THOSE that openly and knowingly tried to cover his tracks in many forums as well as for themselves, by supporting and denying the inevitable truth!!!
I WON'T FORGIVE YOU!!! and both Marek and myself and the MODS will NOT allow you to come back into this Forum again!!! But being the forgiving kind... I hope those that are allowed to return..(we shall unban many VERY soon...) will return to start afresh and help each other to better times with friendly posts instead. We have to reconsider about those "die hard core-cronies" of Bryan.... they were very UNKIND and malicious to many of us... shall we pardon them too??? PM us us or voice out your views on the forum, thanks!
If any of you felt there are those masquerading among us members with "double-tongues" and have been schemingly outspoken against many of us seeking the truth... let us know who they are....
The only way they can obtain pardon is when they openly apologise as individuals for their part....on this Forum...and we can pardon them by allowing them to continue further and let this chapter become a thing of the past.

It is a very wise and practical path that you have chosen in not demonizing B & S, chalking up their indescretions to an out-of-control pursuit of happiness through fraudulent means and with the appropriate checks and balances now being applied by the universe through the justice system, there is no need for piling on; I for one would not be unhappy if they were found innocent and let free, for then PIPS would be allowed to fully twist in the ill wind in which it was hatched and all the world could see it for what it was, a hollow myth; but of course they will not be, and there will always be those willing not to see the truth and blame banks, governments, bad 'others' etc. for what occurred. So be it.
But your post goes more to the acts and abuses of those well known figures now absent, to the hurt applied by same, especially to YOU [ed note: not "yours truly" as pvs] for trying to hint while not shout, and the subsequent abuse on you was massive, but also to the many who, as you say, came to search for the truth and to voice opinions/frustrations contrary to the fools' truth.
My advice, applied with appropriate grains of salt or other elixer: for you OWN health, it is always better to forgive, and even in the most extreme cases, to forgive but NOT FORGET, and I would venture this especially applies to your role as moderator. My vote: allow them back in; let THEM twist in what's left of the bad breath they spread within this forum, their thunder now gone for good.
Of course, most if not all of them had the audacity to diss the very forum which they claimed as their own soapbox for so long, as well as the mods, right before they left and said they were too good for this place anymore and would never come back. As I said earlier, they likely don't have the spine or the good faith to return here; they are probably more at home on the 10x5 forum where news of the charges is being removed as quickly as it is posted.
But, as in all things, it's only human nature; all can be redeemed. Although as a non-PIPS member my voice counts for little here, I say give it a try... looking forward to it.

I am not sorry they were banned, but in retrospect it would be fascinating to see what ArcturusI, Newlife, Luckydog, Second Mouse, Goldeneye, 4Dtaxman and their protector-in-chief, Everwiser (no longer a mod), would have to say about today's development.
Maybe they will show up in disguise, but I doubt they have the moral fiber or backbone to do it; they'd have a lot of explaining to do -- not so much about PIPS but about their despicable behavior towards others on this forum.
Of course it would end like this: just like Bryan, they flew the koop just before reckoning time.
Some were banned and some just chose to leave this forum to jerks like you. As far as "moral fiber or backbone", you do not show us much of either when you are posting about members who have no way to legitimately respond to your post. Most have resigned themselves to ignore the rantings of displaced TG'ers...
You are big with words and always have been. You were also the first to cry foul whenever someone took you to task for your comments. "Wah, wah" you cry and/or claim that you were attacked personally...What do you call your post which I quoted? "Enlightened Intelligence?" I think not...It's just an example of what you've always been about; pure slander.
As far as the events in Malaysia go, the fat lady hasn't sung yet. Hell, the w!tch hasn't even warmed up...A year of investigating and the only thing they can claim is that there was money laundered...Wow! That's news! NOT!!! Everyone was informed over a year ago that a restructure would be required. If Bryan and Pips were everything you and your ilk have been claiming like "scam", "Ponzi", "thievery", etc, there should be at least a charge of "Fraud" or "Selling Securities Without License" or who knows what. Instead the prosecutor files "money laundering"...Hmmm. Seems like a good way to save face if you ask me (which you did by being the self-absorbed jerk you were in your original post).
All of you complainers and detractors have really helped us to get to this point. Now, finally, Bryan can present his case and get all of this nonsense behind him. In the end, it will be you and others like you that will be proven "the fools"...

I will now unban all banned members at Rc, except a very few.
A long list is to be unbanned. Your all are welcome to stay and voice your opinions, as long as they don't contain any personal attacks. Have also a look at our TOS.
I think we should all wait for the trails outcome now. Maybe its also time we all forgot our differences, and left the how was right and who was wrong comments, as it wont do anyone, any good.
Its maybe also time to move forward and look at other things.
Dinar seems to be the thing with best vibes on our forum, and is now our main forum. This is to change the focus of the forum from negativity to a more positive direction.
Some people asked me in PM what my view of this is. I think its a sad development for us pipsters. But the charges brought was not for fraud either. So what happens further, nobody knows, but we will keep you all posted.
I request all to put a side long built differences, and try to accept each others.

Some had good reasons for sounding harsh but at the end of the day...they too will realise, it is pointless although legit, to sustain those feelings...for karma rides in those that wants good "Chi"...
Marek and I had a brief discussion and we both were in unison to unban most but some will indeed be persona non grata for good!
I have decided to let Marek have that privvy in selecting those undesirables while most, actually were simply off their hoots here which I personally have no grudge nor could find reasons to keep them out on the stoop...its fast approaching Winter and bizarre as it is...Thanksgiving is soon round the block and is a good way to reconcile and compromise from this instance.
I just hope and wish, to see those returning and recognising respect for others is essential to sustain a meaningful dialogue to enjoy exchanging on whatever topics or programs...with a degree of entertainment & satisfaction being a ROLClub member and upholding the TOS for the good of all as for oneself....
