Has anybody else checked this website out? It's a must see for anybody that put money into PIPS. Who knows, it might have info that could help us recoop some of our investment.

LOL!! Oh lets be frank on this. Up until very recently the pair of you didn’t have the balls to openly show yourselves in this forum. You’re here now because your regular perch’s on another forum have been removed plus because of the recent policy change of this forum in the matter regarding PIPS and Bryan Marsden and of course because of the concern and confusion resulting from the latest development in Malaysia. As such you no doubt felt the timing was right and as one door closed another opened and you entered in here like Batman and Robin.
Seriously though, your cockiness in critiquing members that have in the most part supported this forum from the time of its inception is IMO out of order and it is out of order because it shows a basic lack of respect.
No, sir, I have every respect and sympathy for those who were supportive of Pips in the past. And I have not been removed "from my perch" on other forums, whatever that may mean.
I'm sure that Marek would have allowed me on to his forum (we have had discussions in the past that were perfectly amicable) had I wished to do so. But in the light of recent events, it seemed appropriate. And I must say that I have been made welcome by most - disagreeing with other's opinions without resorting to abuse is the purpose of a forum and the very reason for its existence.
woody, for sure BNM will confiscate whatever they find/have found, but - and I hate to be 'negative' here again - none of this will be distributed to us foreign creditors, it will be seized by the Malaysian Government and kept since it is all 100% illegal money in the eyes of the Malaysian government (edited for people like Micky who seem to have a hard time understanding legal views of events).
Once this has happened I can imagine the hue & cry that will rise up in all the forums and anger directed at BNM & the government. By not registering with any of the relevant authorities, Bryan has effectively screwed us a second time.
I pray I am wrong here for all those who badly need to receive something back.

Load of cock&bull. This forum used to ban everyone who dared to 'sing out of tune', even some pro-Pipsters were banned for asking questions. So, what would have been the point of posting here?. Talking about respect, I respected Marek's request to keep this place as a safe haven for those who could not take the truth, kind of like an asylum. Well, wake up and smell the coffee.

If telling it like it is is disrespectful, yes, your honour, I am guilty for sure.
In the end many of us have lost money and pursuing answers and using arguments has nothing to do with not showing respect.
That some of you strongly dislike those who follow their instincts and not the flock, is a sad state of affairs and will always lead to a projection of what you wish to be the truth but never the real thing.

Interesting - in your book you practically accuse Marek of impersonating BM and of setting up Halotto himself to get money from people who thought they were "investing" with Bryan.
Indeed I did - but the operative word is practically. At the time it seemed a more logical deduction than that a man under police surveillance would have had the nerve to start another business.
