What is always amazing to me, is if you say your over it, why the hell are you continually on the forum and in this thread. If you were 'over it' you'd be nowhere to be seen mate.
I certainly don't piss into the wind mate or piss and moan. What will happen will happen and I'm sure we'll all read about it in the coming weeks. I'm sure you'll be doing the same mate, so don't bulls**t me. You're just as interested as the rest of us. I don't care at the end of the day cause I got my cash back, but it would be nice to get the six figures that was sitting in Picpay and you'd be the same and anything you say wouldn't change that. But bad mouthing people isn't going change that mate so just keep you insults to your self.

I remember joining one of Bryans meeting in the summer of 2004, and I bet that 90 % of the people left that meeting thinking that this man could walk on water.
PIPS was not set up for the professionals, unfortunately,...but I am thinking about all those that invested their money they could not afford to loose, and especially those that are living a miserable life due to promises that was based on pure lies.
I do not blame those members for joining PIPS, but I blame Bryan and the cheerleaders that seduced these easy targets and purposedly lied all the way to the bank!
I had evidence already in January 2005 that PIPS was a scam, and when I contacted PIPS and talked to them on the phone regarding serious irregularities, the management would not come forward or even respond!...
I can not comment the charges that has come up recently in Malaysia, but there is much more to it seen from the other end of the rope! With that I mean lies, neglects, direct accusations towards members and miscommunications will most likely never reach the court room!....and my guess is that there are perhaps 100's of members that have a similar story to tell.
I am personally convinced that the Marsdens has commited serious crimes, and my hope is that justice will prevail!

Im not sure whether you are right or wrong in all the posts you have made in here it is of know concern to me, however you do say a lot of things in regards to BM and all the bad things he has done to us. I noticed that you said you were on the board of a Bank. Maybe you should sit back and look at some of the decisions you have made as a board member of a bank and the misery you have given to people.
Cosmicflyer - I don't understand why you should think that I would have "given people misery" as a banker. Far from it. Most who complain that they have been badly treated by a bank are their own worst enemies. And my criticism of the Marsdens stems from the misery that they have inflicted on so many.
As a banker, I saw so many of these "pie in the sky" schemes that conned innocent people into throwing their money away, almost every week I would have an application to open an account to accept the enormous riches that were going to accrue from schemes similar to Pips. None ever materialised.
I can honestly tell you that no decision I ever made was to "bring misery to people." Often, by advising them against participating in these greedy, "get rich quick" schemes, I did them a considerable favour. Your remarks are both inaccurate and distasteful.
As I see the situation, we have a person, Bryan, who has produced considerable income for us, and the bank has not charged him for not doing so, but charged him with a money laundering, frozen his accounts and left him in a situation where he cannot pay for legal council to defend himself. Does this not sound familiar!!!
Oh my, Chaseup....you really believe that Bryan actually made us all that promised amount of 2% a day compounded, and somewhere, out there, is billions of dollars sitting around that we could all have in our hands right now if BNM had not intervened???
I don't mean to pick on you...you have an amazing amount of "faith", I guess, but I will say I am blown away by how many people, like you, STILL believe that Bryan is an innocent victim of some sort of conspiracy by the banks / govt / whoever...and that the "money laundering" charges are a desparate attempt at some sort of charge because they really couldn't find any else to charge him with?? I guess if that helps you deal with all this...but at this point, I just think it is really quite a stretch to believe he is innocent in all this and all that money was, in fact, actually made because Bryan was such an incredible investor and businessman.......
