I think only a handful of you have properly understood the charges. It says that, "committed the offences by RECEIVING money that were proceeds of unlawful activities". Meaning the money WE sent to invest in PIPS! Have any of you been asked where you got the money you invested? I sure haven't.
I don't suppose we'll ever know the truth about it all but I do find these particular charges extremely odd.

Apparently, believing in people untill you see the contrary proven in full is enough for being covered with filth I'm not even willing to quote.

The news is not good for us pips members. But still we dont need to attack each other due to the news. People are different, and some will hope that the trial end with us beeing the winners, the other way around, and some are neutral to this news i guess. Please just learn to live next to each other on the forum, and respect each others views.

Thank you Marek,
for trying to keep this in perspective,

Of course I am not suggesting that all investors were crooked, it only takes one rotten ***** to taint all. The scheme was open to abuse and there must have been some people who rubbed their hands in glee to think that this was a safe way to get rid of unlawful/illegal funds and earn a return.
Since being a PIPS ******* member I have seen the best and the worst in the way people behave. I resent the attitude of OFFSHORE WEALTH who is denigrating those who have open minds. I think PIPS may be finished but until someone can prove that it was crooked then I reserve judgement.
This is sad to say the least. I understand that there is a way to possibly get our investments back since the money is being held. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to apply to get it back if that is the term Appreciate it.

Just in case Brian is a sly old fox, and is willing to pay the fine and do the time[specially if he knows it can be reduced], I say the courts give him 25 to life, stick him in a jail cell, with a computer, and tell him we will let you out when you pay your people back? Then with the money the "government" has and what the sly old fox may have stashed away, just may materialize. I realize this is fiction, none the less good fiction. To all of us Curt
How does anyone know that the programmes that we are in wont go the same way.
It seems to me that with the demise of SI, Vasco, wealth2you, croftbros and dozens of hyip's and the majority of autsurfers virtually no internet based income generating schemes are safe. Mpact was closed, the investigation went on almost 2 years and then after long court battles a reasonable amount of repayments were made because is far as i can understand nothing really drastic was ever proven.
I could go on but i guess most have lost in a big way in some of these mentioned above.
That is why i am now concentrating on a non web based business which is low entry cost and has been around for well over a decade and most of you will not have heard of it. Oh i forgot to mention it is also very profitable
Call me naive or whatever you want, but in my opinion amd as I have been led to believe all my life, a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. At least that the way it works here in the US.
I'm sorry, but I still believe that Bryan's "sin" was lack of judgment, not contemplated theivery and deception. I have a feeling that with all the notiriety associated with this that he will have a very difficult getting a fair trial. I still say that if he wanted to dupe us, he would have taken the money and run long before it came to this pass.
As I say, call me what you wish, but I had to say this!

In the Star it says "They claimed trial to all charges", does this mean they claimed guilty to all charges or they are going to take them to trial on all charges? Also, what do they mean by "He fixed Sept 13 for mention"? Hope someone can explain. Thank you.
Here´s a man who has violated our trust in him in so many ways. When it come to PIPS, why would he be different. He´s just a sad old man with a malaysian wife ( no discremit to malasians ) You know Brian - you are where you belong.
