OK I have a few things to say, and I will make them as brief as I can...
First of all, none of us in this forum reading these messages knows what evidence the prosecutors in this case have. Therefore we CANNOT make a clear judgment of Bryan's guilt or innocence TO THESE CHARGES.
What many in here are doing is proclaiming Bryan's guilt based on what happened to us, as PIPS members. We got cheated out of our money, and therefore we proclaim Bryan is guilty of anything to do with ANY money.
As I read the news I see, as you all do, I see NOTHING mentioned about Ponzis, theft, etc. I see "money laundering", which to me means taking money gotten from a crime (such as selling *****) and showing everyone that the money actually came from a legitimate source.
And none of you knows the truth in that, let alone the evidence. So to proclaim Bryan's guilt in the charges so made, is absurd.
Now if any of you know the evidence involved in the charges, and want to share it in this forum, and give an opinion based on that evidence that Bryan is guilty, I'd be quite interested.
But the sad truth is that all of you who proclaim Bryan's guilt to these charges are only doing so because you lost money to Bryan and are upset about it, and are glad to see Bryan and his wife go to prison for ANY reason. That makes you ignorant.
Next point: I don't understand this happiness and joy in some people in this forum that Bryan and Sharon are handcuffed and put in prison. It is not a laughing matter and nothing to celebrate.
I understand PIPS members, like me, are upset that we lost our money, probably for good. I'm not thrilled about it, and I do blame Bryan for it. And I do hope Bryan gets charged with running a Ponzi scheme and if found guilty goes to jail for it. I'd be glad justice was served.
But I am not going to celebrate his imprisonment like I just won the Super Bowl (or World Cup for you non-Americans). We are still out the money, and so there is nothing for us to celebrate.
Rather than celebrate, I hope we can learn to move on and accept our own mistakes here. Above all we need to learn to only spend money we can afford to lose, on these kinds of deals.
Folks please remember that Picpay was never a licensed bank in Malaysia, therefore it is really quite easy for BN to say that any money taken in by Pips/Picpay was 'dirty'.
Until BM and Sharon are proved guilty of frauds/scams etc. then lets just find them guilty of massive naivety, thinking they could carry on 'playing' with millions of US$ and not attract the attention of the paranoid government agencies of the USA,Malaysia etc.
As to where the rest of the money has gone let's hope this comes out in court.

CAN SOMEONE ANSWER ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE *******S THAT TOOK CASH FOR PICPAY IN THE U.S.? THERE ARE TWO COUPLES IN FORT WORTH THAT TOOK HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CASH.......SHOULD I NAME NAMES? I KNOW YA'LL KNOW THESE PEOPLE
Great point Brumby...Bryan set this up without the proper licensing. Now even with proper licensing, I firmly believe the powers that be (IRS, Banking Interests, etc) would have found a way to shut it down.
No surprise that Bryan didn't have any money because BNM froze assets and accounts. I wonder if he believes he will walk away with cash to start again once he finishes facing the charges? Even at that point, I doubt he will just walk away from us. I just don't get that feeling....

I don't know that they've done anything other than help people. It's not unusual for those who try to help others to get crucified. I'm grateful for the PIPS experience and my prayers are with them. Is there anything we can do to help them?
Respectfully,
Kundi
Well it looks like the bank has our funds tied up so we have to wonder if we will see any of that back.
As for BM and Sharon it is very sad to see this, he does not look a very well man, in fact he looks very ill indeed and I feel that they in no way meant for anything like this to happen.
We all know by now what any authority can do to people, whether it was a legal or illegal program, they could not care less.
It is a very sad time for all concerned and I feel for every member and for BM and Sharon.
I would like to know if the $1000.00 of my savings that I sent in to the woman who was collecting money for that additional private fund some of us were paying into. I cant even remember the name of her group, something like Synergistics. Anyone remember that? That went into a black hole.
