I do not understand how this could happen and in what regards it is to pips. I does not mention them or the bnm I am wondering if it is the same or what . I appreciate what Merek is doing but he never answers emails or questions as I have tried for months now to get him to answer me.
It would be nice to receive emails from him stating how ot ask him questions. There is too much at stake here for the Pips people waiting whether we are deamers or not.

This appears now the time to approach the BNM. This is the time to ask what will happen with the money of the investors. This is the time to bombard them with our requests for the return at least of what we invested, if not of the profit the money supposedly earned.
Anyone with an email address which gives answers at BNM?
Even if Bryan was not immoral in his behaviour he was at the least unprofessional and extremely unorganised. It is really no surprise where Brian/Sharon are today. Lets assume he was innocent of illegal activities and merely a sloppy businessman. With the raucous that was becoming well known through out internet land, any organization wanting to gain large amounts of funds in the guise of Righting a Wrong, in this instance would have a golden egg on there hands. I am in no way saying Bryan is innocent. Reality for me kicked in many months ago when a pattern starting appearing in this program that is soooo common to many gone under. The excuses and absence of comment from the founder resemble to much to me a sinking ship.
The terminology of laundering, I believe is a guise for the simple shifting of our funds into either Bryan interests/then now into who ever knows who’s interests.
Does it mean illegal money was coming in? Not sure. Doubt it. But hey it really makes a great headline and commotion to explain why the many like you and I will never see a cent again.
I see that a few have taken sides with matters. I wont blame anyone.
But i think its in our best interest to just wait alittle while longer and see the results of the trial. From where i come, nobody is guilty until proven in court.
Reading this thread from first to last reminds me why I post little. I keep my
opinion to myself and prefer to deal with facts. Some of those posting have
B&S tried, convicted, tarred and feathered before the case is even heard.
For those who wish ill on B&S, remember - what you put out, you get back.
You ALL made a choice, including me.
Accept it and wait to see what happens.

What do you expect?.... a couple that has .....allegedly committed the offences by receiving money that were proceeds of unlawful activities in between Aug 12, 2003 and Jan 4, 2005.
The couple were charged under Section 4 (1) of the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001, which read together with Section 87 (1) of the same act, separately before Session Court judge Mohd Zaki Abd Wahab yesterday.
Do you really believe that BM can walk away as a free man, pick up "PIPS earning profits" that does not exist....and start paying you ROL!...LOL
