    Smile dbr

Yes dbr has gone off air as it were. Shana and terry have resigned there positions as to limit there liability in the court proceedings.Eric /thumper has been kinda left out there to hang in the wind by himself facing humungous fines and possible jail time. That being said according to Thumper when told by gary nichol to stop the pool, he did and turned the 6.2 million ove to Picpay which was reportedly in turn supposed to refund. At this time the 6.2 is supposedly frozen with bon and until the situation is resolved with BM it will stay there. If a solution,is not forthcoming,Thumper, is prepared to mount a massive lawsuit to get all of our money back.So there you go Hope I have been helpful

I thought the money went into pips2% as it was going to be distributed I think it was Jan for the 1st pmt from the Interest. The Principal was going to go into the pool before that.

There is a mention of Lawsuit, who does Thumper, plan to sue? Everyone seems to forget this is International Law. Just for a International Lawyer to even look at the case will be massive and costly. It will be a long road.

    Good Luck

Default Thumper message from Aussie Forum

Posted: Thu Jan 05, 2006 1:21 am Post subject: A message from Thumper re DBR

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The recipient of this email has given me post a copy here. I trust people will read it thoroughly and understand what Thumper is doing.
    Happy New Year to all!!!

May the best of 2005 be your worst for 2006.

I will ask a few favors through the course of this e-mail and the first of these will be to work together with those you know participated in the DBR investment club while we were still accepting members. Please pass this e-mail around to other DBR members you have stayed in contact with. I don’t have access to all the resources that I had one year ago, unfortunately, and am hoping to update my files with participants address information in preparation for return of DBR funds. If it becomes possible to send a check back to each participant for their full refund, I would like to be prepared with a streamlined process of doing just that.

Please reply to this e-mail address with your name (and other names if you were managing accounts for others), transaction ID(s), DBR nickname(s) and your address. If you are likely to move in the next few months, please let me know that as well. Please include any information that you know that we had on file while we were still taking information on the website. Like I said, I don’t have all the resources that I had before and will be processing these by hand in preparation for the refund process. If you have set up some sort of legal structure and would rather have the refund sent to that LLC, company, corporation, trust or whatever, please include that information as well.

It’s been quite a while since we’ve had any communication since there has been nothing to communicate. Everyone already knows that DBR has been stuck in the water since everything had been sent to PIPS and PicPay. The Bank Negara took possession of all the PIPS-related companies’ computer equipment. Money in most or all of the bank and trading accounts has been frozen and everyone who knows anything has been very tight lipped for good reason.

There are several reasons for this “loose lips sink ships” atmosphere and almost all of them are legal. There are other reasons since PIPS probably would not be in the position they are in if people could have just trusted Bryan from the beginning. Every time Bryan announced a new business relationship with a bank, debit card provider or whatever, that company would be swamped with incoming calls from PIPS members and it caused problems for PIPS every single time.

DBR is also currently in the middle of legal investigation and that’s about all that I can say. I will be able to give more information once the entire problem is resolved. A quick glimpse of our situation can be found here:

    http://www.iid.state.ia.us/docs/press092105.pdf

I’m not especially proud of it, but I’m a big believer in the truth and this is what it is. Unfortunately, all of this originated from a sincere desire to help other people. Terry and Shana have both resigned from DBR and although we were not able to see the program through to a successful conclusion, please know through me that their heart was in the right place and that they continue to do work for others. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers though all of this.

Bryan has recently announced the return of PIPS on the Rol Club forums and anyone who has not been keeping track of that information can find it here:

    http://www.rolclub.com/forumdisplay.php?f=79 or http://www.rolclub.com

He is coming back with PIPS Aid and the lotto programs first, since these were never challenged by any regulating authority and, at least according to Bryan, this much is able to come back with no problems from any agency world-wide. It is advisable to check the governing laws where you live as these lotto’s are still considered gambling and are not legal in every state, country, territory or jurisdiction. There is one unconfirmed rumor that most of PIPS will be back up in the coming week.

Bryan is giving hints that there may soon be other programs coming back, but I will let you follow that on his Rol club forum and don’t have any inside information as to what that might include. Bryan has also stated on the Rol club forums that the DBR refunds are not his responsibility and what he is talking about is the fact that DBR is and always was a separate entity and he doesn’t have any control of DBR as a company. While he has no control of DBR as a company, all DBR funds are frozen with his and when I have confirmed that he has control of the funds, I will go to Malaysia and arrange for the refund account. While I have no direct communication with Bryan at this point, Gary Nichols, while still General Manager of PIPS, made a commitment, on behalf of PIPS to give us back the funds and assist with the refund process. Even though Gary is no longer with PIPS, this is a binding, legal contract and I believe Gary will cooperate with us in court, if necessary, in recouping those funds. I hope that it does not come to that, but I’m letting you know that there is no length that I won’t go to ensure everyone get their refund.

What is interesting, especially for DBR members, is that Bryan is allowing other gateways. Since we don’t know where PicPay stands or whether or not it will come back, we can at least hope that alternate payment gateways will remain an option for us in addition to PicPay if and when it does return. Both have debit cards and after I’ve tested mine to my satisfaction, I am thinking that this might be an option for making DBR refunds when that becomes possible. I would like feedback on this option if anyone cares to offer it.

These new payment gateways are free to sign up for and can be found at:

    UniClear: https://uniclear.com/ssl/signup/signup.php

    and
    GreenZap: http://www.greenzap.com/

I understand that if you bank with Wachovia bank, you might not want to choose Uniclear as there have been some problems with a fraudster using that gateway and they have apparently (temporarily?) frozen all dealings between those two institutions. Greenzap may be the best option for most and, at least for a limited time, offers $50 free “web cash” for signing up. For more information on that program, please take a look at their website: www.greenzap.com/

Just about everyone that I know of who were members of PIPS had a pretty rough year last year. Some of us, myself included, had put too many eggs in that one basket and one of my New Years resolutions is to become much more diversified. I would ask, as a third favor, that you include in your e-mails to me information about programs that you are having success with. I am not promising that I will participate since there may be others who send the same information, but I would like to hear about it. If I hear about something good and you would like to be included in that information, please let me know and I will try to keep you informed as well.

I have had some who have asked if they can help me with my legal expenses and to provide the necessary information. With the legal costs growing, I don’t have much choice but to accept any contributions with humble appreciation. I can not guarantee repayment of these contributions anytime soon, but will continue to try as best I can to make it worthwhile to those who have. A friend of mine is taking this collection at his PayPal account: [email protected]. It will ask for that e-mail address if you log into http://www.paypal.com.

I asked earlier that everyone send me details of their account and their address in preparation for refunds. If you do make a donation to help me with my legal expenses, please include that information in that e-mail. All of this will help me prepare, sort and prioritize the refund process. Through the miracle of mail merge, I hope to have a file prepared to print out envelopes and letters pre-addressed.

    v/r
