One way, someday... and sometime in a later future, when all the clues are added...perhaps through the hearings & trials, will we then get to learn "much more" than what was prevented from us knowing...deliberately, either by BM personally or others with him...

As for your money bit... like most, little can be retrieved at this far too early stage, we just have to wait and catch up gradually with the facts...

I followed friendly advice & invested June '05 with $20,000. Saw the great returns friends got & thought I'd do the same. Sorry I did, didn't get the chance to make a withdrawal, the whole thing went belly-up before I got the chance, so there went my retirement! I hope Karma returns on these two, God repays Justice without Faith or Favour. I didn't used to feel this way, was always positive, now I hope they rot in Hell. It won't get my investment back, but they'll be right where they belong!

I joined in June 2005. All wd requests were not executed.

Since you did not get in until June of 05, you may have a civil suit, as well as being able to file criminal charges, against the person who had you join. They knew PIPS was no longer paying, and had not paid for more than 4 months for some, but for many more than 8 months. It's up to you, but thought you should know you may have alternatives to pursue.
