you give money to investe in a plan, who people buy and sell.

the bank have full power to deaclare, what is just and what is not.

they don't say wath illegal use of your money they do. we can't do nothing,
why simplely we have not the power because, nobody belive you, your story.

i can belive that brayan have not think about legality of his structure, i can belive.

juste one question. why they work so long time, before, the bank think, oooh

Thats not true, my first hyip about six years ago was a ponzi, the operators were arrested and are doing time in California, the attorney generals office of CA. actually sent out restitution claim forms to all of the members and even called me personally a few months ago.

Your experience still does not change the fact that it is illegal to invest in illegal ponzis. Now the degree of an investor's ignorance of that illegality could make a difference but anyone with a brain knows darn good and well that these things are ponzi scams so the "ignorance" card may be hard to play at times.

My response was to your claim of having no recourse because it is illegal to invest in ponzies.

Hi! My PIPS network wants to donate Euro 120.00 to finance thebat$'s investigation in Malaysia. If many do the same, we will soon reach Marek's limit and get what we want. I have a lot to thank Bryan for, because he made me and my family happy for a long time. Now I want him and his wife Sharon free and with us again. THEY DESERVE IT! I'll correct you on that assumption. theBat$ is NOT DOING any investigation at all! He is only setting out on his own time and funded by resources from us all...including YOUR funds (hopefully ) to cover basic costs that can help him manage to obtain any valuable clues or information surroundiing the trial of Bryan Marsden.

He will be assigned to a fact finding mission if that can be considered correctly but INVESTIGATION....??? Certainly not.

It wouldbe very much appreciated with your expressed desire to fund the current contribution campaign we are conducting at the thread created for it. I shall then add you to the many members who have already proven their commitment to donate.
