Bryan,
Where will it be drawn? Just like the regular lotto, it it televised?
How will this work? Are there any representatives during drawing
of the numbers?

Yes!
Dear The Great Man Bryan!
Thank you for your dedicated efforts.
I will join and play the game.
If I win some money then I can introduce this game to many of my friends around. I know and believe your unsuspectible integrity and born genius as ever. Your tireless efforts to bring back PIPS program will be rewarded eventually and appreciated by all our pipster family.
Please take care of your health. God bless your precious family!

I would join in the fun, however one has to have funds to do so and most of the members funds are tied up in Pips, maybe we need some pendings cleared to put peoples minds at rest. To join in the lotto is great and a good sign, but members will feel more confident if some of their funds are released. I believe PIPS will be back shortly and I am very greatful that Bryan is working so hard and it is very appreciated, but to regain renewed confidence in Pips there should be some financial compensation in the form of clearing pendings. Yes I know it cannot be done, but for the lotto etc to be successful, members need to play, but they also need funds to play.
Thank you Bryan for the hard work.
God Bless
